I did not stay. It was terrible.

Location by obligation. We're travelling west and needed a place to stay
The first room was not clean, had no towels, and when we questioned the staff about this, we were told that this was not their fault 🙄. Never staying there again.

Easy access to our car
Friendly reception… although he was really busy.
Comfortable beds
Pool was closed for maintenance 😔
Requested AC… no AC
Sink in bathroom took an hour to drain
I didn’t complain to the front desk, because he was so busy and we made do.

The pillows are too high in the middle part.

Friendly staff, good location.
Main issue is weed smell. Apartment was fairly clean but it could be cleaner. Breakfast was OK, it's more like snacks/continental.

Parking and staff
The walls in both rooms were so dirty and disgusting.
The water didn’t warm up, had to take a shower with cold water in -17 weather.
The readers at the doors weren’t working
Was very expensive compared to the quality

Nothing... the lady at the restaurant who gave us water was nice.
Everything. Pictures are NOT what they seem. NO ELEVATOR The place is dated and dark and old and sad looking. The front desk & Indian manager was not organized. Even after I called the day before to assure everything was ok, the room was not ready for 3. I think they forgot we were coming and assigned a pet friendly room on the second floor... not common in any other lodgings we stayed in. When I showed up, due to dogs and luggages, it was hard to go up a floor. He offered me without request, a room at the Travel lodge with 1 bed for 3 adults(1 star) for the same price and no extra charge... emphasizing same price to me twice. I thought he was trying but then luckily my daughter quickly searched and saw this was a 1 star lodging, not to mention the big price difference of 100 dollars less. When I mentioned this to him. He replied... oh.. ok.. i give you for 149 ??? What the heck ? This level of dishonesty did NOT go down well with our family. We called and informed them with all the things broken in the room..lights, towel bar, we got 1 soap and 1 shampoo for 3 people ???? Did nothing.f WE decided to just sleep and left super early the next morning to just get away from this place. The room was basic clean. Stay at the comfort inn. they looked much better. We had to get our own towels and ammenities as they could not bring it to us.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff, when I went back up to the front desk she was understanding and helpful when I let her know that my room was awful and I couldn't stay there for the safety of myself and daughter. She immediately refunded me and apologized.
I checked in and literally went straight back to the desk and told them I would not stay..... walking to my room it smelt so bad in the hallway of weed and there was a drunk person stumbling around (it was 4pm). When I got to my room there was a bandaid covering the peep hole, the door to the outside didn't latch properly and looked like someone had tried to kick in the door, there was broken glass, it smelt so bad (like wet dog) and it was filthy..... literally the worst room I have ever seen in my entire life.

We didn't stay the night.. the entrance was a nice size.
We booked the presidential suite many days(more than a week) ahead of the 2 night stay. The morning of, they called and said that the room wasn't available but they had a big King suit with a jacuzzi tub. We were disappointed but agreed to the switch. When we checked in, they didn't say anything more about the room or anything. Took our CC (for the same price as the presidential suite) and passed us a sheet of paper to sign. We noticed the room said 1 Queen. We let them know that this wasn't going to work, we will go out for dinner and leave it with them to sort out. We called them after dinner and they assured us they had everything worked out and apologized for the inconvenience. When we arrived, they handed us a key and we went to take a look.... 1 queen bed, no jacuzzi tub! They fixed nothing.... We asked for it to be removed from our CC and it appeared to be a transaction but almost a week later we have a pending charge on our CC for a 2 night stay that we never received. On a side note, while we had been dealing with trying to receive what we booked, there had been other customers in line that seemed to be dealing with similar issues of not getting what they booked.

Nothing, very nice front desk clerk.
Room was discussing and smelled of old cigars, smoke. Rejected the room
Everything, no other cars in parking lot was our first hint. We rejected the room and front desk person canceled our booking, suggested a sister hotel which is where we stayed. Then two days later they charged my credit card for full 4 days.

The receptionist during our check in was really nice, I wasn’t able to get her name but she looks like from East India. She tried to accommodate my requests.
The carpet and bedsheets looks so old.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was nice, spacious, cleaned and beds were confy. WIFI speed was good. I parked my car infront of my room.
The wash basin drainage was bit slow although I didn't inform the reception as it didn't bother me much but I guess if I would have then they would have take care of that. Should offer the breakfast as complimentary.

Wanted to work out at the gym, but it wasn't even available. False advertising. No discount offered and we were too tired to check out other hotels. Breakfast not even included. Halls and our room smelled smoky. Guests beside us continually opening and closing a creaky door to go outside for a smoke. Loud family above or beside us with screaming kids. Loud planes, but that was to be expected. Was not quiet until 11:45 p.m. Room very dingy. Door hiding fridge almost falling off.
