Très belle chambre, mais, il y a un mais...

La chambre était magnifique d'allure rustique, grande, avec un sofa confortable, un grand lit très confortable et moelleux, beaucoup de serviette. La chambre était belle et c'était agréable. Très belle emplacement au centre-ville, où beaucoup de chose sont accessibles à pied, pas très loin du fleuve.

Le bruit du bar en bas.. ils mettent la musique des hauts parleurs de l'extérieur super fort ( oui, des hauts parleurs sous la fenêtre de notre chambre) jusqu'à 12h45 am .... En plus, cette journée il pleuvait la musique des haut parleurs à l'extérieur ne servait à personne, presque personne dans les rues, les gens du bar étaient à l'intérieur... il ne fesait pas chaud non plus pourquoi ouvrir les fenêtres du bar et mettre la musique ultra forte... Dans la plus part des villes au Québec vers 22h-23h le bruit extérieur est arrêté, les terrasses ferment et la musique extérieur arrête par respect pour le voisinage et ceux qui dorment. C'est quand même fou que l'établissement gère un auberge et un bar et n'essaie pas de faire cohabiter les deux avec respects. On m'avait dit qu'à minuit toute arrêtait (déjà là c'est très tard) mais passer minuit j'avais encore des réveil soudain malgré les bouchons d'oreilles, car pour une raison obscure les gens montaient le sons de la musique d'un coup.... On a fini par s'endormir, mais notre fin de soirée de vacances on la passer avec du gros beat techno et très peu de calme. Rendu là prenez la chambre si vous êtes fêtard, ça va être parfait pour vous !

Overnight stop in Rimouski

Great location in the centre of Rimouski. Good restaurant on site. Beautiful old house. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet, although the latter may have been due to the day of the week (Thursday).

No dedicated parking. We were there only for one night, so it was okay with the paid car park nearby. Shower pressure and temperature varied for no reason.

Overnight stop in Rimouski

Quiet, clean, comfortable, inexpensive, good restaurant on site, central location. A good inexpensive place in the center of town.

No breakfast on site, but I went to an excellent place in les Halles - only a few blocks away. No dedicated parking (not a major issue)

The location is perfect, right downtown next to restaurants, bars, and close to the water. We had an amazing sunset there! There was 2 washrooms at our stairs, and we didn't had any problem to take a shower even if the place was full.

We had the tiny room upstairs. I really don't know why there's a sink in front of the bed, regarding the size of the room! :D We were there in transit, only for a night, so it was cool with us.

Nice place to stay, but outside noise too loud to sleep.

The room and bathrooms were very clean. Even if the bathrooms are shared, it felt very private. The staff of the hotel were thoughtful , texting before and after check-in and before check out. They even left a bin of toys and books for my kids in the room since I mentioned that we were traveling with young children.

The only thing that would make me not return was the fact that the hotel is beside a bar and people were singing, dancing, partying outside the window all night. There was music booming and cars revving up their engins all night. We were exhausted the next morning. We were only there one night as a stop on a longer road trip, the point was to get a good night sleep so even though it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, I don’t think I’d ever book there again just because of the location being so close to the bar.

I great way to visit and experience an historical house.

The staff was excellent and the location was very central. Supper in the restaurant was very good and the bakery in front of the house had excellent breakfast options.

The air conditioner unit was inside the room and it was taking some room in front of the sink.

Location, staff and cleanlyness. Staff was very attentive.

Room was a little crampted with the queem bed in it. More room could.be had if you remove the small bureau the TV is on and wall mounth the TV.

A Gem in the heart of Rimouski

Friendly and helpful hosts. Central location. Simple and comfortable room

Shared Bathroom, but not an issue with three bathrooms for four rooms.

Nothing.

Bed was very comfy, room was spacious and had a Keurig with 2 pods, as well as a sink. Shared bath was not an issue, didn't even see the other guests and everything was very clean. Restaurant was delicious, and I arrived late so was able to park on site without issue.
