The location was awesome.. so many things within walking distance.. one young staff was exceptionally friendly

The moment we walked through the doors the staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were great. Nothing

They gave our room away then lied about it then also refused to give us a room with a discounted rate. I would not trust this hotel. We ended up going across the parking lot to the Super 8 and got a room for $60 cheaper that was just as nice as the overpriced Ramada room they were trying to sell us after they screwed us over. Horrible experience.
