Needs some cleaning and updating.

good location and easy to get into.

the facilities need updating and are not that clean. my room smelled like mildew and had wet carpeting by the air conditioner.

Great location

My grandson and I had a blast playing in the waves that are right at your footsteps! Breakfast was great and had many choices! .The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Very convenient on the beach stay.

Clean and convenient

The WiFi was nonexistent. Please fix that. We stayed for 6 nights with 2 kids and the nonexistent internet made it very challenging. The cleaning staff on our floor was rude and disrespectful. It seemed like he was bother by our simple request for extra towels.

This is a decent place to stay, but having to pay for parking sucks.

Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Problem with bathroom was promptly fixed.

Front desk staff could be snippy. The elevators were slow and always made a loud noise when going past 3rd floor. Carpet in room nasty. Sliding glass door in room (404) was not easy to open. Doordash not allowed up to rooms, your orders are left on desk where anyone could pick them up. Desk staff does not notify you when order arrives. Phone in room (404) did not work.

This was our 37th anniversary. The stay was okay but not memorable. Parking was difficult and breakfast was so so!

- Good location directly at the beach. - Spacious, clean room. - Park car in front of the hotel. - Friendly staff.

- Water pressure in the shower is too low. - Paid parking for 16 dollars per night. - Breakfast was average, many sweet things but not many healthy choices.

Poor customer service!!!

Location

Fee for parking. No chairs or lounge chairs around the pool. We were told we could rent chairs on the beach. We are charged $16 a day to park and then told we can rent a chair to sit by the pool! I spent over $800 and didn't have a chair to sit in by the pool. Horrible customer service!

The property was ocean front so the view of the sunrise was spectacular

The room was clean but dated. The sweep was hanging off the front door, so any big or insect cools r have gotten in. The pillows were as flat as a board. There were hardly any lounge chairs by the pool.

My stay at Hampton was enjoyable. The staff was great. The cleanliness of the hotel. It’s not luxurious but it’s comfort

the property was great, it wasn’t crowded with people. The lady at the front desk was very busy, but also very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay, except the elevators were a bit slow.

Disorganized and lacking some essential guest amenities.

The rooms were updated

The check-in was extremely chaotic. There was a line of kid people all day waiting for a room. We arrived on property around 1:30PM and did not receive a room key until 5:30PM. This may have been extended if I had not gone to front desk periodically to see if a room had become available. They told us we could lounge at pool until room ready, but there was no place to change except a bathroom, there were only 6 lounge chairs and a few tables with chairs, all of which were spoken for and they had no beach towels of any sort to at minimum sit on the concrete near the the pool. There was one young lady at front desk who was a trooper. She handled a tremendous amount of complaints and angry hotel guests waiting for a room without ever letting her frustrations show.

Oceanfront sights and sounds. Hot brekkie. Comfortable clean room. Nice bathroom.

Parking was at a premium. Difficult to find later at night. Nightly charge for parking.

Good for short stay

Very good location. Beach is exacly in front of hotel with direct access but due to wather we just walk not swim. It was not so far from Daytona speedway and other attractions. Rooms was big enough, clean. Breakfast was good, small choices but tasty

We spend here only two nights and one day so it is diffucult to say anything against

If you're handicap, get there early for a convenient parking spot.

The location was great and we loved having an oceanfront room.

The AC was very loud and the parking was terrible. Small spots and not enough handicap parking. It was very difficult to pull into some of the spots. The bed frame was a hazard for us. Its design caused both me and my husband to bump our legs on the frame. Not fun in the middle of the night.

I stayed there for two nights and no one cleaned the room. I also asked for towels about 5 or 6 times and no one responded. We had to take showers without drying ourselves.
