Décevant

parking gratuit et localisation.

Nous avons réservé une chambre supérieure avec 2 Lits Queen-Size, à la place nous on a eu une chambre plutôt vieillotte qui mériterait un bon rafraichissement avec un seul lit petit et pas confortable. Le personnel ne nous avait pas informés de ce changement et après réclamation auprès d'eux, on nous a juste dit qu'il n'y avait plus chambre disponible et qu'il ne fallait pas se fier aux photos sur le site ... Aucun geste du personnel alors que nous avion payer pour une chambre dite "supérieure" ! Il n'y a pas de salle pour prendre le petit déjeuner, il est disposé sur une petite table à l'accueil Prix élevé pour la qualité proposé.

Problème avec la connexion du câble, ça sautait à tout moment alors très désagréable De l'eau chaude dans la douche pour une seule personne

Clean Modern Room close to trail

Very clean modern room. Excellent grab and go breakfast with bagels, eggs, muffins etc. Very close to restaurants and minutes to the Ptit Train du Nord trail.

the bed were comfortable,the staff was very friendly and the location os the motel was excellent

one of the wall near the bathroom was dirty with coffee and blood splat. The bath was clean and slippery, so slippery that i fell showering. good thing i didnt broke anything but i was very scared. after showering the bathroom floor was also covered in water, i dont think the curtain stopped the water

Never again. Extremly bad quality.

Parking situation was good.

Wrong pictures according to the restaurant. Breakfast was not in the Restaurant, you have to take it to the room. The choice of beverages was limited. Rooms and water have smelled extremely bad. Personal was unfriendly. It was not possible to check in by wearing a corona-mask. Sitting outside was only possible by using dirty plastic chairs.

Staff was extra nice. I was charged an extra 20$ from the rate I had found online when booking. They reimbursed the difference no questions asked

Bed was not comfortable for me. The AC was very high on the wall, I needed a chair to reach it. It was either on or off...so it was not easy to obtain a comfortable temperature.

A quaint overnight stay in rural quebec

Location, layout, interior design, very nice staff. A cute boutique hotel.

The air conditioning was totally sub par. Even a newer window ac unit or ductless conversion would do wonders

Comfortable

The room we were in had two queens, very spacious, we were cycling and were able to bring our bikes inside the room and we still had room to walk, restaurant, grocery store, liquor store all in walking distance. Very quiet.
