Breathtaking views, great location.

The views from the accommodation were breathtaking, and the accommodation was neat , clean and comfy. The hosts were super helpful and great communicators. The food was absolutely delicious.

Unforgettable stay in Kanakis

We loved stay here, amazed by spectacular views, amazing, comfortable, spacious, subtle and sustainable deco, all the attention to details made our stay unforgettable.

Owners Gerasimos and Joanna were so friendly ans helpful and their breakfast was so so delicious. Thank you!

Would have benefited from a/c in lounge as well as bedroom as our daughter was sleeping on the sofa bed and it was very hot during the night

Breathtaking view!!

Stunning view, great location and very welcoming and friendly hosts! The unit we stayed in was modern, very clean and well equipped and we loved the pool! We absolutely loved our time here - wished we could have stayed for longer! Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, kind hosts, would come back anytime!

Fabulous breakfast in a perfect location.

Couple of things weren't working - the toaster, the hairdryers in bedrooms.

Exceptional

Amazing views, I cannot stress enough how stunning they were!!!! Absolutely lovely hosts with great recommendations for the entire island, food and wine. They are also professional chefs and cook your breakfast which they bring to your room every morning. We can't recommend it enough! It is located in a small picturesque village. You can walk to the local tavernas every evening but keep in mind there are only three. So you might get bored(depending on the length of your stay, note - we didn't but only stayed for 3 nights). There is a small grocery shop too which stocks all you could need ( food and drink wise). A car is recommended if you are staying for over 4-5 days. There is a local beach which we never went to during the day as you have stunning beaches available to you all around the island (this is a smallish island so you never drive for long before you find a stunning beach) if you rent a car. However, the local beach was very busy with a lot of children so it would be great if you are looking for a family holiday.

Tap water - so salty! Never experienced this before.

Perfect. Didn't want to leave!

We loved this apartment. Perfect view, comfortable beds, short walk to the town and swimming. Gerasimos and Joanna were so lovely. Wonderful advice about things to do, friendly and fabulous chefs!

The place was quiet, great view, fantastic breakfast and very friendly and ready to help staff.

The views from the room were outstanding, breakfast was very good.

Access to the sea from the back of the property would be great, but I don't think this is within their power to do.

Such a lovely warm welcome, immediately felt at ease. The apartment was stunning! Unbelievable views towards sea and castle, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated - such a sense of peace and restorative ambience. Breakfast was excellent, locally sourced, and beautifully presented on our own large balcony - with that view!! One of the best stays ever!

A wonderful experience with an amazing view and deck!

Breakfast was delightful and enjoyed on the deck all but the first morning due to weather. Maralina was very accommodating and even offered another room since she had one available that might be better in case of rain. She was prompt, friendly and very warm.

Superb Apartment in Assos

The location, the view were superb the breakfast was great and the staff were very welcoming. Access to a pool was a bonus. Sunsets were magnificent.

We did find the lack of cooking utilities (pots and pans) a bit frustrating although having said that Assos has some wonderful restaurants and we mostly ate out.

Kanakis Apartments is a superb gem in Assos, a truly wonderful place to stay - lovely, lovely hosts.

The breakfast was exceptional, of really high quality. Plenty to eat, plenty of variation and specific requests always granted. Breakfast gave us a wonderful start to the day, served with a lovely smile.

Really very good.

Best breakfast with lots of beautifully presented delights. Plenty of space in the room to relax. All the equipment and accessories needed including luggage rack and nice beauty products. Nice pool. Noted that there is parking.

Hard bed, although this is a common problem in Greece. A mattress topper might make this stay a 10.

Only thing would have been an insect screen in the bedroom so we didn’t have to sleep with the air in on.

Exceptional

What a magical part of the world! Our accommodation was perfect. Our host, balcony, breakfast, location and view were 10/10! We visited one week before the summer season started so not many local restaurants were open. Our host was kind enough to offer to cook an incredible 3 course meal and serve it to us on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend. Perfect for a long weekend and having a car is a good idea to visit beaches and towns outside of Asos. Thankfully this property also has parking :)

Superb

Lovely big, clean and comfortable room. The setting is gorgeous with the balcony on the outside of Assos looking straight over the sea at sunset (accommodation on the other side of the road would miss this). The breakfast was delicious and we liked that it is delivered to the room each morning and can be eaten in the balcony overlooking the sea.

Almost everything was perfect but the area around the pool area is small, only wide enough for deck chairs rather than full length loungers.

The perfect holiday

Marilena, the host, made us feel like family. She did everything possible to make us welcome, while being very discreet. She made us a delicious meal when we arrived late at night and was attentive to all of our family's needs. It felt like we had the place to ourselves even though it was full - and the incredible breakfast presented on our terrace every morning was such a luxury. Rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated.

The only thing lacking was a hot plate in the room, as we had planned on cooking more meals for or daughter but Marilena happily heated what we needed so it wasn't a problem.
