Front desk clerk Comfy bed Breakfast and Supper

The Corridor smelt like someone puked. The Xmas tree was cut into multiple pieces and spread all over(not a big deal but....) There was a Rigid vacuum and a Dewalt drill just randomly sitting on the floor in different locations and didn't see any workers around. The Hot tub was inoperative There was stains on my comforter I waited 7 minutes after the waitress greeted ( not sure how long it was before I started timing it because I think they forgot about me)me to take a seat and see if I wanted a drink. There was only a group of 6 and another couple in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly but.... The drink machine was almost empty with only 2 or 3 kinds to choose from I've been staying there "almost" every 2 weeks on business for the past year and this stay has to be the worst experience and now I'M debating at switching hotels....I should've taken pics of some of my complaints but the only one I took was the stains on my bed

Nothing I wasn't given a room and I'm still trying to get a refund from bookings 2months later. I booked my room, got to the hotel 5mins later and when I went to the front desk they claimed to have no rooms available to rent and that they didn't have my reservation from bookings.com in their system. After over 20mins of trying to get a room from them (they had no normal rooms but claimed to have rooms reserved for business or some BS and couldn't give me one) so I had to call around to multiple other hotels trying to find an available room

After over 20mins of trying to get a room from them (they had no normal rooms but claimed to have rooms reserved for business or some BS and couldn't give me one) so I went back to my car and cancelled on bookings since I'm a student and don't have the 193$ to piss away on a hotel room I never even stayed in, then I had to call around to multiple other hotels trying to find an available room, finally found a place for 130$.

There is proffesional gym in hotel. Large space with plenty of equipment.

Hotel had good amenities snd the restaurant was great but no actual shower/tub!

No shower/tub. Awful set up for handicap only.

Nice clean pool with loungebeds outside. Clean room good size. Restaurant Westwinds conveniently in hotel - good foods and drinks!
