Clean , comfy beds , quiet , easy access to parking , great location and access to concert venue
No one at front desk to answer phone.
No access to food late at night , restaurant was closed no one could tell us where to order from to get delivery.

It was a very busy weekend because of March Madness and a number of other events going on. Despite the number of people everywhere, the staff was quick, friendly, and very efficient.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I liked how it was located around some great tourist areas and there were many things to do. I also liked how the parking ramp is right below the building! Convenient though it can get pricey.
The skyways were closed when we were there because apparently theyre closed every weekend which strikes as odd to me considering thats when most people would like to use them at their leisure.

The location was decent. Pillows are perfect.
TV has a dead line of cells through it so when you are trying to relax and watch a show. It’s annoying.

The room was very dusty, bathroom was not clean, there were fingernail clippings and wrappers behind the nightstand and many smudges on the walls.

Quick breakfast, healthy options
Dinner salad at the bar was excellent
Room was very clean
The lobby public areas had lots of glasses and trash left for a long time before they were cleaned up. Table tops had food residue and crumbs.

We've stayed here every year for MMEA conference for the last 20 years. There are reasons we keep coming back. Easy distance to convention center and restaurants. Comfortable bed, nice city view, quiet. Breakfast buffet is excellent.
We had to pay extra for a city view, the rooms are all pretty similar, why the extra cost to see the buildings? Breakfast was supposedly included but my credit card got billed for it. And why do hotels have to be so dry! There must be some way to make the humidity more comfortable.

I don't have much to comment positively on. The reserved rooms for the conference did not include my single king bed. I felt they should have opened more rooms for the conference. I was not impressed with the skyway- I have a bad knee and all the walking was hell on my knee.
There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room. It did not get cool enough. I had it set on 65 degrees and it never felt really cool in my room. Also there was a clicking from air unit about every hour. I notified on check out that there were issues. I also called to notify that there was an unexpected layover that was out of my control. The interactions were difficult with the staff via phone and no offer of any $ off room or perks ect. I actually arrived a day later than was expected (arrived after midnight on Sunday which was calendar date of Monday July 11) and reserved for.

Beautiful room with LOTS of space. The bed was comfortable and the sitting area was a great addition as I spent quite a bit of time in the room.
Lack of room service, only 1 elevator to guest rooms left me with a very long walk back tracking. It was difficult to find the checkin desk when I first arrived.

excellant view
one of our glasses still had water in it....but paper cover was on so that was concerning to us

The King bed - with lots of lovely pillows - slept exceptionally well.
The whole hotel was, yet again, literally over-run with teenage kids (USA-wide HS volleyball?). I.e., none of the public areas were usable - by us adults trying to enjoy dinner and drinks with friends. Impossible to get a table / impossible to even hear one another! (It's even possible the bar-restaurant are was exceeding fire marshal occupancy - and bar service to minors?)
For our second stay in the last few months, we'd specifically requested a room facing the west...and upon arrival in the room that was NOT the case.

They over charged me for my stay and even though I had a booked room for months in advance it wasn't even in their system. My key card also stopped working for my door so at night I had to go down and get that fixed.
