It was an adorable 2 bedroom chalet. It had everything needed and close to town. Really pleased!
There was air fresheners plugged in and I have asthma. I didn’t get directions for check in until after I had driven around for 20 min. That was likely a glitch.

Loved the stay, Lily gave perfect instructions for self check in.
Highly recommend staying here.

Love the cabins. Very cute and cozy. Had most everything one would need.
Couple little things. Should have some dish cloths and dish towels. Bathroom vent and light fixtures could have had the dust cleaned.

The cabin was great and the location was peaceful. We loved the log cabin and the wood table and chairs, and that it had 2 separate bedrooms.
There was no hot water for my shower (after my fiance had her shower). A cold shower wasn't on my list of things to do at the end of the day. Also, the pillows stunk - so they could be replaced or washed.

easy check in, clean property, heating worked well, everything as expected. Will definitely be coming back here again.
some small things like having other staples on site such as coffee beans for the coffee maker would’ve been nice, but by no means was this expected.

Picturesque and spacious cabin, warm and plenty of hot water for showers.
Bathroom and kitchen were clean and everything worked well. Pans, plates, cups, cutlery, dish soap and sponge provided. Shampoo, conditioner and hand soap provided. Easy check in process. Good communication from owner.
No kitchen towel or paper towel, had to use a bathroom towel and toilet paper to wipe spills and dry dishes. Clumps of dust in the corner above the tv. Stained armchair. No coffee table or place to set drinks.

Private cabine with just a short 10 minutes drive to ski resort. Clean and has a small kitchen with stove and fridge. Booth dryer was a plus after a great powder ski day.
Not really a good setup to relax at night, very bright lights over kitchen table with no dimmer, couch ok but would not be enough for 4 adults.

Having a kitchenette was nice.
The property specified needing an AWD vehicle. I have a 4x4 truck with winter tires. The cabin was down a very steep hill with 2 switchbacks. It was glare ice, with no salt or gravel. We barely made it down to the cabin without running off the road. I contacted the property to ask about their plans for maintaining the road because the forecast was calling for several inches of fresh snow overnight. They never responded. We went out to dinner and it started snowing hard. When we got back to the cabin the driveway was still unplowed and several inches of snow had accumulated. I am an experienced winter driver. I put my truck in low 4WD and put the hill descent mode on. As soon as I hit the ice on the hill we immediately slid down the hill and into the snow berm. Fortunately, the car was not damaged, but we spent the rest of the night trying to dig out the car. We called a local service shop and they said they cannot send any trucks down there because the road was unmaintained and too steep and icy. After hours of digging we were finally able to get the car out. In addition to ruining our night, it was incredibly unsafe. We were also worried that we would not be able to get out the next morning to go skiing, which would have ruined our trip. Luckily, we were able to get out, but the driveway still hadn't been plowed nor had I heard from the property. All in all this was both a horrible and dangerous experience and I do not recommend it to anyone. I would not stay there again.
