Fantastic stay and prime location, quiet and serene.

The breakfast in the morning was great, fresh pancake machine was prime. The hotel was pretty darn quiet, didn't here anything and I am pretty sure the Hotel was fully booked when we were there for 3 nights. Very close to mountains and Calgary.

The Hot Tub and Steam room was very small, they must have built it in the basement as an after thought in an old Room. I did not Book the hotel for the amenities though.

Super 8 surprise!

Staff accommodating my request for a laundry, since the laundry facilities were out of working order. Check-in staff was very friendly and able to help me with my request for dinner as well. Room was quiet, beds were good. Breakfast was better than expected for a Super 8. Parking is close to the front door.

Location is a bit hidden, but not hard to find. No elevators, but I was able to negotiate the stairs, I would just be aware this property doesn't have an elevator.

The lady at the front desk was nice. The place wasn’t a great fit for us.

I need my money back. We walked in and out. We did not like this place. My daughter is allergic to the smell. It’s stinks like smoke, weeds, it was awful.

thankfully we only stayed two nights here. would not recommend for families

good location and nice big room

we had booked for three people and were told there was a pull out sofa bed. there were no pillows for this bed. I asked for pillows but was told that there were no spare pillows at all so the staff provided a quilt and told me to roll it up and use as a pillow. my daughter could not sleep on the sofa bed as it was so uncomfortable. springs sticking thru the mattress. the continental breakfast was very limited to say the least.

Always stay here when in Cochrane and always lovely!

Third time staying here for work, from the staff that are so friendly, to the clean super comfortable rooms, solid breakfast, great price.

The odd staff member was polite and fairly friendly...but sadly not all were! Hot tub should have a booking schedule as we had no chance of experiencing it.

Exceptional

I’ve been to this hotel 3 times, the rooms are always clean, it’s a great location, mountains just out back. The breakfast is always amazing, and as my partner calls it the pancake printer is flawless. in early 2021 I lived her for a month, the staff had always been super friendly, super kind and very protective of privacy. My partner and I booked a jacuzzi suite in November and again, same staff but always do polite, and amazing. they did a lot for my in 2021 and my partner had been grateful for that so we decided to give them a Christmas gift, and when we came back this time around they had been the same, incredible and just the staff alone makes me want to come back there.

I love this hotel, the staff and everything that comes with it
