The photos are misleading, everything is old.

Location, friendly staff.

Small room, cheap furniture, poor sound insulation, mold in shower corners, we found long dark hair in our bed. Disgusting.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The comfortable beds and spacious room were highlights.

Having one of the large suites as one of our rooms was so amazing. We have a family of 6 so that extra space was incredible!

The breakfast was okay but not amazing. The eggs were quite rubbery.

Big chain hotel in Sault Sainte Marie

The suite room was very big and confortable. Clean. Breakfast included with à nice selection.

No easy lift to rach the room with luggages. Check-in very basic.

We love it

We stay at the Quattro once or twice a year for a few days. The front desk and cleaning staff are exceptional. Breakfast is okay (I'd rather have bacon than sausage), as expected.

nice place and great location for our visit.

Orange Juice needs to be kept cold for breakfast. It was such a funny place to have the toilet paper rolls in the washroom as they were not easily reached (we simply took the roll off the holder no big deal)

Cold Orange Juice and maybe add muffins to breakfast selection.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean. Upgraded my room for no charge as it was mother's Day.

Restaurant was closed so no hot breakfast. Hot tub was also closed. Rooms were a little dusty, housekeeping needs to clean all surfaces including those up high that can't be seen. Room rates should reflect what's available so when there's renovations happening and no restaurant the rooms should be slightly less than normal.

A great hockey weekend.

Great pool, breakfast, and rooms.

On the Saturday night we could not find parking. There was a big event at the hotel, the restaurant was full, the bowling ally was full, and I think that people were parked there for the hockey arena next door as well. I spent 1 hour trying to find a parking spot. Apparently, there is a parking lot across the street that can be used but I did not know about that beforehand.

If They had a whole new, much friendly & more helpful Staff, We may have then enjoyed Our stay!!!

There was plenty to choose from, at the Breakfast Buffet.

The Staff were all stuck-up, and very rude. Also, they state that they have a pool AND a hot tub, but the hot tub has been permanently closed-up, since COVID hit!! :'(

not worth the money, you would have a better stay at a motel then this place!

the bed was comfortable

the staff was pretty rude when letting them know that the furnace was making loud noises all night and waking up to it being cold. the pool was nasty, felt very germish and no hot tub. the pool staff need to keep that place clean, especially when you see bandaids floating around and big hair clumps in the drains. the tv was way out of date and too small to really see anything. the tower suck and you have to walk so far to go back to your room. I personally do not like the Quattro for their amentitie!

All in all the stay was a welcome place to spend some time together during the holiday season .

Upon arrival the feeling of being safe and comfortable is evident beginning with the reception staff who greet you warmly with a smile that gives you the impression that they are genuinely happy you have arrived . The premises are clean and tastefully decorated . The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The restaurant is inviting and has a varied menu to please everyone's palate. The pool area is large, clean and family oriented.

I was disappointed that the hot tub was not available.
