Extremely dissapointed.

The room was nice, the breakfast was great but the heated pool was ice cold. Really sad because that’s why I chose the hotel.

The heated pool was ice cold. My two boys wouldn’t even get in it.

I strongly disagree with a $10 per night parking fee for disabled drivers

It is right off the freeway and close to Bowlero North Sacramento for the PBA jr regional qualifier

There was a strong smell of marijuana as we got off the elevator to the 2nd floor that continued throughout the night.

Overall a great stay and good value

Average breakfast with limited selection but the coffee was good. Bed pretty comfortable with excellent pillows .

Great place to stay with pets.

Close to our daughter.

Everything was fine. There were three firealarms that went off very early in the morning. Would have appreciated direction from the front desk staff about what to do. There was confusion.

Will book through other search engines, & not with Hilton or ‘Booking dot Nah’

The bait and switch. It confirmed by text a total amount for the stay. When checking out, computer was mysteriously ‘broken’ ! Was told final receipt would be emailed. When I received the receipt, they had charged an additional $40.00 (4 x $10 per day) for PARKING. It was like any strip mall parking. No underground parking, no security, nothing to warrant this charge. When I queried the hotel, they told me to look at Booking Dot Com, at the Very Bottom was the note about parking charges. But they had failed to include it in total price they quoted!! Done with Hilton, Hampton and Booking.com.

We did not sleep well—family with kids put next to us who were loud. Won’t come back.

It was close to our car service dealer which was why we came the night before. It was ver clean and staff were friendly.

It was in the middle of a remodel and felt unfinished. The room was nice but still needed drapes, and carpet. It fell hollow. There was no soap or soap holders in shower.

Small flies in the bathroom, room was pretty dated. Found flossers on the floor behind one of the dressers. Construction was going on so I had to use the side entrance to access my room. Also the pool was not available due to some part being missing. I would not consider it to be in a walking friendly area. Gym is very basic and cardio focused.

Easy access, interior was clean and updated. The female staff were very friendly and helpful.

Females on Staff were extremely friendly and courteous.

I wasn't a fan of having to pay for parking. I would have appreciated having decaf coffee available. The one male at the desk was not particularly welcoming.

We stayed for a concert and needed a comfortable safe place for after.

They answered all my question And was willing to let my group check in 4 hours early even though we showed up later than we thought

We should have know it was under construction. $300 for one night stay is highway robbery

Once in the room it was clean

It was heavily under construction and the website never mentioned it. I should have had the choice to stay at a hotel under construction ahead of time. Half of our floor had no carpet at all. Work stopped at 5 pm I was told. Additionally, parking is $10 per day and there is no security protecting your car in this questionable neighborhood

The breakfast was good. The hotel lobby was very well kept

The room was in rough shape. The bathroom especially. Shower curtain rod was falling off, toilet eat was not even the correct size. Towel rack was bent and falling off. Lighting was also poor in the room.

Works for a short pit stop while traveling.

Convenient location off of freeway for a pit stop.

REALLY thin walls! We could hear exactly what the people next to us were up to & talking about.
