Comfortable and well situated hotel.

Comfortable, spacious and decently equipped room for a short stay. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Well situated for nearby restaurants and cafes.

TV didn't work but no other complaints.

Avoid this place!

I liked nothing about this hotel.

Beds were terrible. Extremely overpriced. 3 light bulbs in bathroom burned out in the first 5 minutes. Only coffee available on site is from coffee pot in room. Room looked bad

Great value, location, and awesome staff!

I really liked how friendly and how accommodating the staff was. They made me feel welcome, and one could not ask for a better hotel for the price, particularly given you can walk to almost anything you need. The hotel is centrally located downtown. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Excellent, close to town, you could walk everywhere, restaurants were great.

would not repeat while a curfew is in place and staff refused entry to my friend

Hello , I have to say everything was great until my friend was not allowed to visit me, he got off work at 10:30 pm I had picked up dinner for both of us prior and had everything set up in the room and he was refused entry to the hotel Very disappointing I flew from BC to visit and all I can say I was almost going to book in for 1 week at your hotel and thank goodness I didn’t It’s not like I was having a party my goodness we are both quiet adults and we were going to have dinner and visit Beyond disappointed with these rules and won’t be staying here again as long as that’s in place ! I was made to feel like a teenager with a curfew Not impressed

The location was good. Big rooms with space! The beds were comfortable. Nice hot water.

The bed was hard. There was no sofa or chair. A chair and ottoman would have been great as I don't think there is a need for 2 desks and 2 wooden chairs.

location. front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

the facility is old, not very clean, and has monthly renters who stay up all hours of the night watching tv with the volume cranked up. One the second night, the electricity went out for 8 hours, which included a 3:15 a.m. evacuation with patrons standing outside in -18c while the fire department attempted to located the source of a burning electrical odor. No sincere apology for the inconvenience or suggestion for compensation came from what I assumed was the manager. His attempt at an apology was, “Sorry, guys.” The carpets in the room were dirty, the bed skirt was stained with streaks of brown and yellow, one of the two thin pillows had blood stains on it’s cover, and there was no plug for the sink.

Basic clean place for a good hot shower and a place to rest overnight while r route

it was clean and reception and staff was attentive. the hotel is smack in the middle of the best Italian restaurant and a public house and a couple blocks from the Main Street and the Center of town very convenient. Shower is strong.

it is a basic hotel which offered a good hot shower and rest but lacked warmth and coziness ambience which would have helped which since it’s so cold out and with it’s darkness so long the lighting in the room could be improved .
