Nothing!!!!! This property recently had a fire and yet still taking reservations through Booking.com. There were no ceiling tiles, exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. It was dangerous and hazardous! The furniture was dirty and worn and the beds filthy! We did not stay here and were forced to find alternative accommodation. I have contacted you for a full refund!
A full refund is required as this property is inhabitable. The fire Marshall should not allow this business to be open!

The price for one night was good.
We had a room with a window on the indoor pool. That was strange. You can stare at people in the pool from your window. No sunlight at all.
Our room was in front of the side exit and people were running in and out all night long, and of course, nobody tried to close the four gently and quietly.
The breakfast was very poor and the canteen was full of homeless people who were sleeping at the tables. Very weird place.

We appreciated being on the ground floor, easy access. The complimentary bottled water was a very thoughtful item. Loved having tea and coffee in the room. The hot breakfast was a bonus. Bed was comfortable, lots of towels. Front desk and cleaners were very accommodating. We will return.
Unfortunately, the one day at breakfast, the forks ran out . But as we travel with a few utensils we used our own, and actually had quite a joke going on about auctioning off our forks.

Good value for money
It’s dated and old and the breakfast area tables were not cleaned and ran out of forks…
I also don’t think there should be a smoking rooms in a public hotel. We had to take a smoking room because we moved quickly from our previous hotel. At times there was a smell of pot in the hallways.

Location
The desk girl was a little testy! Don’t think she liked that I booked on Booking. Com

Price, location, and overall value.
Having our bicycles stolen off the rack even though we were parked right in front of our window.

The breakfast was a bit sad.
A pan of cold, peeled boiled eggs, and
cold, utility- sausages, consituted the “ hot” part of the breakfast.
I feel they could try just a little harder with the breakfast.
I’d still stay there, but ….
The coffee maker in the room was on a little table, unplugged and laughably far from an electrical outlet.
I actually laughed out loud after sussing the situation!

Beds were comfortable, close to the Keystone Centre. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go.
Price was decent.
Breakfast is mediocre at best - 2 types of Cereal (Froot Loops & Corn Flakes), Brown & White Bread, some sort of pastry. Cooked Sausages, Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs, Juices, Waffle Maker. No Fresh Fruit, Coffee Cream, Yogurts, etc.
Got our room cleaned once in 5 days. On the Sunday we left before 10 a.m., and got back to the room at 4:30 p.m. Room still not done, so I removed the sign. At 5:45 p.m., a person knocked on the door and said house keeping. I told her that we had been gone all day, and the room hadn't been done. I get that they were busy cleaning after guests left. However, there were only a couple of rooms staying Sunday night, so it would have been prudent to address those rooms, as there wasn't any huge influx of guests on Sunday.
Internet was beyond super slow.

My room was comfortable and clean. I like the location because there are a lot of restaurants close by. My room was very quiet and I didn't notice any traffic noise whatsoever.
The bathroom was small but did serve the purpose it was intended for.
The dining room seemed a little worn and aged.
I hope the pool is open soon.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. I like that they kept breakfast open till 10 am, which means long-haul travelers can get some sleep. The bed was good and clean.
There should have been a sink in the washroom. Also, the bathroom should have liquid hand soap and body gel for shower.

The breakfast was good. The location was excellent, and amenities wascfair for the price.
The pool was closed down. They are waiting for permits from the city of Brandon before they can open the pool up

The room served our needs quite adequately. We spent little time in the room other than sleeping
This concern didn’t actually impact on our stay, but things like the sink faucet could use a little updating. it is showing its age.

The staff people I dealt with where very nice and help full.
Thebreakfast was pretty good, with waffle machine , sausages, eggs, toast,
Orange, apple, cranberry juice in machine dispenser, coffee and tea with a few buns, pastries..... good-sized eating room if you didn't want to eat in your room.
The rooms where clean and door to room had 2 dead bolt style locks.
The area In the back of my room, was very dark. It could use a light in the corner, was hard to see while I was making up basic sanwiches, food and food stuff. ....yes I will book back next year in this place.
Swimming pool was closed down and looked like it had not been open through all of covid.
