Nightmare

Nothing

They charge me for the room when I've already paid for it on Booking.com. The mattress was nasty. I ask for receipt saying I was checking out, never received anything. Highly disappointed

Adequate for one night not sure if I choose Hilton again for the price I could stayed somewhere els

Did not have breakfast

Pool look like it had alit of Algae in it. Toilet would not flush properly Had to hold down the lever almost like water always running.

Wonderful and comfortable.

The place was clean, big, and attractive. The reception, dining area was very big and had a beautiful fireplace in the middle. The grounds seemed beautiful for our location, which was in the city. The staff was very pleasant, especially the lady running the morning breakfast....she needs a raise. Our room was large and comfortable.

The blanket on our bed seemed a little small. My wife kept stealing it from my side. There were weird mechanical noises heard most nights. They didn't keep us up but were a little annoying.

I NEVER STAYED! ISSUE WITH BOOKING.COM LOP

Well I was not able to check in. I was standing at front desk for over an hour because my reservation wasn't found in property's system. We called booking three times to resolve an issue on their end but they claimed to call property manager back for verification which they never did all three times. A couple minutes went by and ALL ROOMS WERE BOOKED ALL OF A SUDDEN! I had to check into another standard room and paid more money and that messed up my planned weekend.

This hotel look and felt like a drop off spot for drug transfer.

Property was outdated and looks like it was ran down. Elevators weren't working propertly.

It was not enjoyable. Would not recommend.

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Location is good.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Pillows uncomfortable. Sofa and chair uncomfortable. Toilet handle wouldn’t flush properly and toilet kept running. We went to breakfast one morning and when we got back we realized the toilet had overflowed come it running and there was water all over the bathroom floor.

it was not impressive like other homestead hotels I have stayed in . usuxally they are very nice and clean, and look mor

the keys to the door stop working and I as called down stairs at night about my reservation they could not find as well. the staff was ok, just a bad day I guess .

Exceptional

I had just finished 5 hours of chemo when I arrived at homewood suites. The front desk attendant was so nice and welcoming. It was awesome to see a smiling face.

Overall, our stay was good, but the hotel needs some updating!

The breakfast was nice. My husband had surgery 1st thing in the morning so the breakfast time was great & I could take it to go, I did supply my own bowl. The next morning the only option he could eat was scrambled eggs & oatmeal.

Our suite was dated, some of the wallcoverings were peeling & shabby. The suite itself was ok for our needs but the bed linens were different as there was a bottom sheet, a dust ruffle was your top sheet & I guess it was supposed to be a duvet cover on top.

Great! Nice stay for the family

I liked the location to pretty much anywhere within Raleigh. It was also a well kept hotel. It was clean & modern.

My only "complaint" was the fold out bed. The furniture in the livingroom was too bulky to use the fold out bed, so my 2yr old slept on the couch. It wasn't really a problem because my kid will sleep anywhere, including the floor. But it would've been nice to have a proper bed with bedding. So if you NEED the fold out bed, look elsewhere.

if you need to work or do business do not use this hotel

I have to be at work in Raleigh at 7AM to give a presentation I specifically went to this hotel to work and when I go to use the business center the computers are disconnected and the printer is from the 1980’s and Craig the front desk Rep says all nonchalant “well we just had a hurricane and these computers don’t work “. however the Wi-Fi and every other computer in the building works….. so his response was he did not know how to fix it and nothing he could do. I had to check out and go to another hotel.

it was an old hotel and guests service staff just did not care to help me with the printer and business office …..
