I like that you provided a large arrange of hot breakfast items, fresh fruit, bagels, sweets, iced & hot coffee bar and lots more to choose from.
Having a waffle maker is always a great idea.

Always enjoy the suites, beautiful, large and comfortable double suites. Luxurious bath towels, most comfortable bedding, and t.v.'s in both rooms. Hot delicious breakfast hits the spot.
There really isn't much "Not to Like", love that it's not downtown, smack in the middle of everything. Not being familiar with the area, we ended up really appreciated the fact it was less than 13 minutes from downtown, and its an easy drive. Also, liked the surrounding area, as well..versus 'downtown'.

Overall the hotel was very clean .
Floor in room 129 needed a thorough cleaning. Everything in room was great until I stepped in the shower and saw my BLACK footprint. I walked around barefoot in room. Otherwise the room was very clean.
The breakfast was not very good, scrambled eggs and pulled chicken were only lukewarm. I have stayed at many Hiltons, 1st time breakfast was cold.
4.3
Parking was ample.
There is nothing wrong with this property.

Breakfast
Refrigerator was broken and had an old sandwich in it
There was a power outage, not the places fault, but it happened
4.3
Rooms were decent
Could do with a deep clean

From the moment we stepped in the door, Dayton, the front desk representative set the tone for our stay. He was extremely welcoming, professional and informative about the area. The room was clean and tastefully decorated.
There was nothing not to like!
4.3
The pillows and bed could be more comfortable
4.3
The property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The staff were very courteous.
On booking I made sure that the property had an airport shuttle, a restaurant and room service, all of which are listed on the web site. What was not stated on the website was that the restaurant was closed and no room service was available. Had this been stated I would have stayed elsewhere. It takes very little to change these details. I would not refer anyone given this and the price of the room without these facilities and amenities.

Kids loved the pool, and the housekeeping staff was awesome. They honestly are why I would stay again if I visit Portland in the future, they were all so polite and helpful, always with a smile... I know it made me feel more comfortable and "at home"
The elevators are sooooo slow. But that's like the only thing, and just about everyone commented on it during elevator rides. The price was also a bit much, I think... Roughly $850 for three nights is kinda ouchie, especially for a widowed mom of 3 who just graduated with her bachelors; this was all I could find with vacancies and enough room for 5 people and a doggo. But, all in all, I would stay again if I visit Portland again in the future.

The staff was very courteous and getting the shuttle to pick us up at another hotel that was atrocious and they gladly picked us up. Took us to Downtown Portland as well as the train station. The breakfast was excellent, the HH was excellent, the bartender Lauren was great, the shuttle drivers Ashley amd Richie were also great.
The only negative was the setup of the weight room , it was attached to the swimming pool entrance and too many kids would come through. But that wasn't staff fault it was whomever designed the renovations there at hotel

The room was clean and very well furnished.
Upon parking my fiancé almost stepped
on two Hypodermic needles that were left discarded on the ground in the adjacent parking spot. She was extremely concerned and upset by that, especially due to the amount of children at the hotel that could unknowingly pick up the contaminated needles.

In all the hotels that i went, it was the best staff that i have ever seen. They were very helpful and caring. Everytime i had questions, they were there for me. Also the room was clean, nice and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast is AMAZING , you have also a chef who can do what you want and i love the idea of free snacks in the afternoon and the free consommation of alcohol. It was nice that the parking was free too.
Everything was fine!! Even the location is good if you have a car but it may be a little bit difficult if you dont have one to go to touristic places if you are here as a tourist

The staff were wonderful! They were always friendly with smiles on their faces. The breakfast was wonderful. Housekeeping was wonderful. Overall just a great experience
There was only two thing that we didn't like and that would be the pillows. Those were awful. The second was a cosmetic thing and that was the bar in the shower. That is the worse place to place one. We kept hitting our elbow on it.

Check in was GREAT with Adam and Sunni—extremely friendly and gracious.

I had called 2-days previous, and a young man answered, and he couldn’t find my reservation. The reservation number was given to him will all other pertinent information. I felt like he didn’t really try to assist or take any extra steps to find my reservation.

Delicious breakfast.
Exceptionally clean, quiet room.
Noon checkouts as a norm.

Everything.
The tub shower was a little difficult to navigate.

Check in very easy, breakfast as always was great
Rooms not updated, carpet old and dirty

Clean and friendly staff. Continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had.
Nothing, everything was great

I like the internet and the huge selection for breakfast. The staff was very polite and were always smiling. I'm a happy person so I really liked that.
The beds were to soft and I could feel springs or something that poked me in the sides. The pillows are to soft. The bathrooms a small very small for larger people like us. I also noticed the handicap bar in the shower really hurts when you hit your elbow on it. It needs to be relocated.
4.3
As with all Embassy Suites, the room was spacious and the breakfast was great. Super convenient to the airport when we flew in and when we flew out.
Slowest elevator in all of our hotels.
4.3
Right next to airport
That we had to leave at 4am before breakfast ;)
4.3
The hotel is just a few blocks from the airport which allowed us to walk over once we landed. The central location to the highway was ideal too. We never missed breakfast, it was always hot and fresh.

Staff was very friendly.
Manager Jen had my car towed with in hours of being checked out had talked to other employees about my car said it was fine now trying to figure out how to get it back with a 1000 tow and storage fees. Showers in exercise area had dirty curtains. Shower control wasn't surcured to the wall. Pool water looked yellow.
4.3
The breakfast was prepared well and the staff was helpful and friendly, as staff in Maine have always been for my visits here.
The "king suite" was smaller than typical Embassy Suites hotels king suites, and it felt like you were cramped when you took a shower, used the restroom, hung your towel up, or looked for storage space for your bags. Definitely not a fan of the cramped "suite" size.
4.3
Very quiet, clean and convenient for airport pickup.
4.3
Breakfast was excellent a great selection, really liked the omelet bar, the staff was excellent
The bedding felt like a low quality bedding.
4.3
Amazing room, great staff, wonderful pool & gym, very clean and comfortable.
All was great
