Not worth for the price we paid for booking.

Location

Rooms not clean,trash on the side,and under the bed which was constantly being picked up by our puppy. The bathroom door is sliding,no privacy for a family. The phone in the room didn’t work. Flush was sluggish.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, lobby very clean, room clean

The bathtub was plugged, the beds were uncomfortable, the sheets had stains, my "clean" towels had hair on them, they were out of shampoo so when we arrived after driving 11 hours couldn't shower properly, there was no remote to the TV in the room, the room was congested, the water in the pool was very cloudy and had globs of hair in it.

The room smelled vaguely of dirty socks, and we found the source of it was one of the pillows, that smelled BAD. we also found towels that were folded in the bathroom but were dirty.

Very good short holiday stay. Very pricey, but can't expect anything else during PGA week.

Breakfast was fast and good...the well-cooked bacon was delicious, was much better then the soft bacon. All of the front desk attendants were fantastic. The pull out couch bed in my king room where my grandson slept was terrible...not suited for a grown person.

As mentioned above, the pull out couch bed was not suited for a grown person...very uncomfortable (I tired it to verify it was my gown grandson told me and he was right.

really? your going to charge for the reservation when the roads were closed?

I liked that when I called them directly on the morning of December 24th, the day of our reservation, to tell them that like most of western NY we would not be able to get to Greece that day and would have to cancel the reservation, they said of course they would not charge me because it was a storm emergency and the state had closed the roads, but I would have to go thru Booking.com. so far Booking.com has not been in touch with me about cancellation fee except to say they’d think about it. they’re still thinking.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and this is the first time we've had issues. Will come again.

Your staff was very helpful in dealing with issues regarding reservation and TV not working.

There was much confusion regarding the reservation. Our original reservation was made through booking.com. We tried to modify to come a day early. Was told it could not be done, then they could do it. Confusing. TV did not work in room so they gave us another room. Due to separate reservations, they locked us out of both rooms which took 45 minutes to straighten out. Everything was fine from then on.

Front office manager was very friendly, even after the first two rooms we were assigned had cleanliness issues (first had spills in fridge and awful burning odor in the microwave; second had a partially made bed, and third was acceptable. I appreciated how she handled the situation by apologizing, thanking us for being kind in the process, and spoke with housekeeping while we were there in an appropriate manner.

Hotel rooms could use an upgrade, wear and tear is obvious. Housekeeping quality should be more consistent.
