The staff was rude and greedy, I got the room online for two adults and two children we ended up having our oldest child with us that we didn't know about at the time so we went there paid for it went to the room half an hour later can't understand a word of English went to the office and ended up charging us an extra $70 for all three kids when two of the kids were included with what I paid If you're in the Plymouth New Hampshire area go to the pilgrim in and cottages that is a place to go

Big room, off-road and quiet

Non expressed charges that were not online. No one answers the phone. The room smells like someone has been smoking in there for 40 years.

The area was quiet and near a bunch of restaurants and stores. Cable had plenty of options.
Nothing.

it was very icy anywhere we had to walk that wasn’t under cover. the odor when you entered the office area was not pleasant. the man never said hello. he literally said ID, CREDIT CARD, SIGN, UPSTAIRS. a gentleman entered who had been the customer before me. he complained how bad his room smelled like cigarettes and there was hair everywhere. We went to the wedding we came for. then returned the room key and did not sleep at the red carpet.

It's not as advertised in their pictures. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It's like the local flop for the town druggies. Stay far away. Definitely don't bring kids there.

Location was good, the hotel is a long term low income hangout. Long term guest are not friendly.

I liked when it was time to leave.
The room was very dirty. We had towels that had stains on them, one of which had a crusty red residue. The walls and ceiling had stuff on them. It was a warm night but could not use the air conditioner because it smelled like black mold when we turned it on. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I had to wipe the blow dryer down before using it. I could go on and on.

Communication was tough to understand. I told them I’d pay for a late check out they called me 3 times. Room smelled like cigarettes and bathroom spilled like pee.

It was set back from the street

Location, family tradition, extremely comfortable beds
Toilet was broken and didn't flush (had to reach into the grody tank lid to reach into the brownish-yellowish water to manually pull the plug to flush the kids'...uh effluence, gross right?). No hot water in morning made for a FREEZING COLD shower. Not fun. Also, SUPER overpriced for what you get, $147 per night per room is a bit much for what you get.

Very noisy. Seems to be lots of unhappy customers. Shower was filthy. Hair all over the shower walls. Fesies on wall behind toilet. Will never stay there again.

Room was clean, comfortable.
Not the best area, but not the hotel's fault
0.5 / 5.0
It was pleasantly quiet
Water was hot
Toilet in second room flushed
Sheets in second room were clean
Less smoke smell in second room
Person coming at 11:30 to put toilet back together did have smarts to bring another room key to change my room
Scary to walk to room at night
In first room, Multiple specimens of human hair from various body areas in one of beds
Toilet broken (tank open; flapper not attached to chain and lever), fixed at 11:30pm
Did not look vacuumed
Furniture stained and ripped
They did change my room which was slightly cleaner (clean sheets) and did not smell like smoke like my first supposedly nonsmoking room did
‚Meh‘ on the vacuuming in 2nd room but I did stay in one place worse in my life and that was a youth hostel in Cairo Egypt
I was tired and put all my stuff on the clean sheets and did not touch any other
Checked out ASAP
Won’t return or recommend

The only thing I liked was the day I left .
This place is nothing more than a crack house . During covid and this place stunk of weed and cigarettes. Bits of burnt tin foil about the room. Definitely not a safe location while walking the property had to step over needles . Completely Disgusted!!!!!!!!
