Fun pool and family time

friendly, easy to navigate, breakfast included, pool, decent free parking. bedding and rooms clean. kitchenette was a great bonus.

housekeeping walked into our room without knocking during our stay, furniture showing age and wear. Comforter was ripped.

The breakfast meal included wasn't really that good at all. You can eat all you want on their breakfast buffet but the quality of the food is very low. Would have preferred a order off the menu option. We booked a room with a separate bedroom that had a livingroom and kitchenette. It was worth the extra money for us to have the additional comfort. Front desk staff was very friendly. They got hit with multiple check ins when we arrived and worked diligently to cycle through the guests efficiently. Was a good stay, although I donated heavily on the roulette table that night haha

Convenient for us, very quiet

No food on site , even though there was a huge sign advertising daily food specials, the pool was alright but needed a drain and clean badly. The breakfast was alright, could have used a refresh but not many were at the hotel. The parking....filled up fast so u had to park down by the casino.alot of handicap parking though. The business centre was a old computer in the lobby. The place needed a good vacuuming. I can't complain..it was what it was. I believe reviews should be upfront and honest

It was a 1 out of 5 as we had fun at casino.

That we could park, stay, eat, and play at casino without having to leave buildings

That there was no robes in rooms to go to pool. The ladies at check in desk don’t know there directions as we asked for a south facing room got a north facing room. They told us the rooms don’t face south but they do. We were to get a sofa bed in room but got 2 chairs instead. We went for the Seafood dinner for $35 each but was not worth $20 as there was only 4 seafood items on buffet. Soup was warm and no crackers. There was no seafood salads. The calamari was chewy and the breaded shrimp were tiny. The muscles and noddle were spicy. Also everything was very salty. We were there to seafood buffet before Covid-19 and love it but this was a very disappointing. But we did notice different name on restaurant than before. Next time we will play at casino, eat somewhere else and drive home to sleep.

Good comfortable rooms athough extremely disappointed in quality and type of complementary breakfast

Good rates, comfortable beds. quietness in the hotel.

Furnishings are dated and worn, plumbing in hotel room bathroom did not drain very well. Extremely disappointed in complementary breakfasts. Cold sandwiches for breakfast are not the greatest but whoever dreamed up the idea of cold roast beef sandwiches for breakfast. The least they could do it provide sausage "mcmuffin" type of sandwiches that could be microwaved. Other hotels (Hampton in Edmonton and Red Deer) did a fantastic job of providing hot breakfast. The kitchen in the hotel was open for take out. There is no reason the hotel could not have provided something more appropriate for breakfasts.

The hotel was poorly designed. The main entrance you walk in and no reception desk. Have to walk way down the hall in a corner out of the way. No proper resturant. Poor breakfast. Not impressed.

We always stay at Best Western Casino when we go to Camrose. We like the rooms and the casino.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was also very clean.

Unfortunately the pool was closed and the breakfast was in a paper bag. The menu at the restaurant was different from the one they advertise on their website. The food was good but a little pricey.

Overall was a good stay, elevator lobby carpet was in need of replacement.

pre made breakfast sandwich from a microwave is not great. Room was very nice

Better breakfast option, exterior grounds areas were run down.

Cozy, wish mask laws were followed more

It was neat how they do the breakfast with covid. cozy hotel to stay in.

I do wish the staff would’ve enforced mask laws more for themselves and their guests. The only time i saw someone else wear a mask was when the worker put it on half way through getting us our breakfast.
