We should have been told the restaurant was closed for July 4. Not helpful getting the rooms we had reserved for over a month.

Location was nice, no fees to park, staff was friendly.
The hours of operation were a little too late in the morning. Breakfast started at 7:30 AM and we had to leave for work at 6:30AM.

Breakfast and bacon! Front desk manager needs help...he was doing everything to handle it all and he didn't Crack under pressure, but it led to a very long wait and a line...I think there was some kind of technical issue as one lady's room already had people in it. Another lady complained the music was too loud and she couldn't sleep. I agree...it should be turned off after the restaurant closes.

size of room, good sleep, good breakfast
paying separate for parking fee and wifi is not free too, you have to be a hilton member
they should put those all in the room price

Good omelete.
Bed too soft. Decor was dated.

Paying for parking seems a little unfair.

Room was nice & it was clean. Had dinner at the Grill, it was delicious. Breakfast was good. Love the decor of the main lobby areas. I would recommend to family & friends. Washington is a beautiful state to visit.
The plug outlet in the bathroom did not work. The toilet was not flushing well. But not a deal breaker, minor stuff. I would stay there again if i have a chance.

Breakfast, the size of the pool and hot tub and not being to over crowded, room size, the quietness of the hotel, the manners of most staff was good towards children.
Some of the rude visitors, paying for parking at our own risk, the price not being the same as at the time of booking, needed to have that info up front at the time of booking the hotel. Not having a key in room in case of bathroom or bedroom door getting locked. Not having fridge child proof. Some staff not giving parents of children a break.
3.5
Comfortable, quiet. Clean. Some delayed maintenance is visible.
The breakfast hot buffet was…not hot. And the food at the restaurant was marginal. My room was clean and comfortable but the was some clear maintenance that was needed. The physical ick on my door needed tightening.

We have stayed at many Embassy suites before this one was very clean. We loved the pool, the managers reception, and the free breakfast

breakfast not quite as good as it used to be, but it was good, especially the made to order omlettes.
Clothing show on our floor was disruptive.

The pool and breakfast were good. And the bed was comfortable.
At check in the front desk person hesitated for us to check in and kept asking if we had the right hotel. The bathtub had a towel and tape wrapped around the tub faucet. And front desk acted like I was bothering them. Then when I asked for pillows and another blanket for the pull out bed the front desk lady said I had to return them....like I was gonna steal them?

N/A We did not have any breakfast.
I would suggest each suite have a broom w/dust pan, a trash bag for convenience of dirty laundry carried out, and a hand held shower head sprayer w/hose, and different toiletries (small toothpaste and mouthwash instead of the makeup remover wipes).

The breakfast bar.
Weeks in advance I had set and confirmed with the property that my Wife would be checking in prior to my arrival. Upon her attempting to check in, she could not. According to the property, the Amex provided, would not work, and Booking. com could not process the charges. The staff offered no real solutions but to call Booking. Com. I'm 1000 miles away in Utah for work, my ife has her 86 year old wheelchair bound father and are trying to check in to the property.
I had to interrupt and move to another room at a conference I am producing to call Booking Com to attempt to resolve.
Booking.com rep informed me there were no issues on their end, and would call hotel. Hotel only has 1 desk clerk working and won't answer the phone. I know this as we stayed in constant contact with my wife. The Desk agent/ Mgr offered NO assistance. "We can't help" were her words, it's 3rd party reservation...we can't do anything.
We will not stay at this property ever again. It's sad as we've stayed there since the late 90's...It was our go to property.

We had a hot breakfast with waffles. There was a good selection of cereal and yogurt. Also plenty of fruit.
The was nothing we didn’t like. We stayed there before and would do so again.

It was good.
Embassy S. is not worth the extra money they charge for a stay. It used to be wonderful; evening snacks ( that were great and filling and tasty) that were subpar, drinks were subpar( compared to their previous offering, extra charges on top of high prices for the charge of the room, Parking? What do you think we walked there?
