Great location, but enough for a family of 4 with room to spare.

Floors were dirty, no towel holders in one bathroom

Comfortable and spacioys

Our room was not ready when we came and we were upgraded at lake view for the same price.

Just a few noise by the nearby bar singing but it did stop the loud music 15 minutes before we slept.

Hi There was no soap in wash rooms, no body wash , only small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. That was not sufficient for all of us

The location was great and the property is cleaned, also its equipped with everything we needed.

A beautiful building from the outside,and nice location!

A very dirty carpet near the TV, and we could not let the child walk on the floor, because the floor was very cold in other rooms. And also very dirty dishes, everything had to be washed before use.

Have stayed here many times, usually for 2-3 nights with all the family and will definitely return.

this is a perfect location and property for us because we have 3 young grandchildren and when we all travel together as a family we prefer to self cater, and avoid going to restaurants. The kitchen/dining set up is great and there is supermarket 10 minutes drive away and a convenience store 2 minutes walk away.

The only improvement for me would be more serving bowls and cookware in the kitchen, but if your not going to be cooking for 9-10 people every day then this wouldn't matter !!! I often bring some foil containers from the $ store and you can re-use them for serving and baking etc, plus its easier clean up while your on holiday.

The place is clean and the kitchen has complete appliances. Utensils, Pots and Pans are also available.

Location was ok

Flies in the apartment which we complained about but they did nothing. Building was being power washed for our whole stay and we were not warned. Could not use balcony and noise was such that you could not stay inside the apartment whist it was being done. We complained but they did nothing- extremely poor customer service

The location and space was very good.

The value was so expensive compared to the service. I was locked out for an hour at night cuz the lock was not working properly. There was no enough paper towels in the washroom. There was no kettle in the kitchen for a tea.

all was good just the cleaning part that we have to do.

There was none available at this location

The people above us had kids jumping at 3 am and then at 6am each morning we stayed. We stayed 3 nights… 🥺 I Did ask staff to attend to the noise issue and it was not dealt with. Our Whole suite was vibrating with the jumping and running on the above floor for many hours each day sadly. I have children and am familiar with young children , however we did not go away to have the noise of constant thumping while we tried to relax.

Great location, everything else not that great.

A little dirty, shampoo was not refilled. bad sound proofing. Not enough hot water. Half of power outlets not working. Old TV, feels like it will burn out soon.

Relaxing stay

The location was perfect and the view was great, as we got a corner suite. It was a serviced apartment so we had a great living room and kitchen to make meals the way we wanted, and had access to the good restaurants nearby. Great for a large group, and was perfect as we were traveling with another family.

There seemed to be a lack of communication between those replying to Booking.com messages and the front desk as she didnt know I wanted 2 parking spots etc. We were charged for the second parking spot. There are no instructions on how to contact the front desk for anything, when that room is closed. A broom/swiffer would be a good addition to the space, so we could sweep the floors. The coffee machines weren't working and there was no kettle.

3 minute walk by the pier and restaurants. Underground parking is available. 360° rooftop view of the lake and mountains. Suites are fully equipped with utilities.

Key fobs to access the property are limited; was promised two but only received one.

It was a beautiful space - I just wish they paid more attention to cleaning and it would be perfect

the entire property itself was impressive and awesome for a group stay

if was quite dusty, hair on my bed - and the bathrooms needed attention specially the shower curtains smelled like mold and mildew

Spacious, comfortable beds.

Old gross sponge in the kitchen sink, stains, dishwasher full of dishes, only 4 coffee pods, laundry in the dryer, very little linen (washcloths, towels), needs updating. Stains on rug and heaters/baseboards, didn't feel super clean.

Good value for money and great service

Check in was super helpful the place was really nice. We thought we lost our bank card and the property took the time to look and to also follow up with me. Not many hotels do that!

N/a wish we had stayed when the weather was nice to use the rooftop patio!

Found hair in sheets not mine. Sheets seemed like they were not changed. Dishes were dirty.
