Trop cher pour une chambre standard

L’emplacement, organisation, nourriture des déjeuners et la gentillesse de la dame qui y travaille.

Ma chambre était vraiment ordinaire. Oui j’ai pris une chambre standard mais qui ne répond pas du tout au prix payé. La salle de bain a été rénové mais pas la chambre. Vieux tapis, vieux rideau et chaises rembourrés avec vieux tissu. J’ai payé 205$ plus les taxes = 487.92 pour 2 nuits Pour une chambre standard en Abitibi C’est très chère.

Exceptional

The first room we had was freezing cold but we were quickly moved to another room. The second room was an upgrade and we weren't charged any extra.

Lovely, comfortable and more beautiful than I thought!

It was a little bit far from downtown but I could walk to it in 20mins. I didn’t have breakfast there.

The only thing I didn’t love was hearing the vacuums around 10am. Too early for me!

Lovely, clean and comfy!

I didn’t have breakfast here. The reception area was much nicer than expected! The staff was very nice and the beds comfortable. The shower/bathroom was very clean.

I wished they had served breakfast 🍳 a bit later, Like until 11am.

Big difference between King and Queen rooms

Easy access from the main road. The room was very clean and the wifi worked nicely. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked for a room upgrade

There is a big difference between the Queen room and the King room. The Queen room is more motel quality (and despite their assurances, the bed is more the size of a double than a Queen); the King room is hotel quality and deserving of the price paid. As mentioned, the staff were very friendly and accommodating in helping us with an upgrade, so this comment is more booking advice to travellers than a complaint to the hotel. According to other comments, we also asked for a room that did not face the main road. Once again, the staff accommodated our request. We were not enthused about the cost, but the price is in line with comparable hotels. The included breakfast compensates when compared to other hotels which do not include breakfast in their price.

Excellent

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Our main floor room faced the main road which is quite noisy but not too bad during the night
