Room was comfortable
In the pool the service was good
The cleaning of exteriors is regular, the doors of the room are dirty, the floor of the corridors are dirty; also for the price of the hotel, the cleaning of the restaurant where we have breakfast is bad; the doors, windows, tables , and floors were dirty.
The handle to open the room does not work, more than 10 minutes to be able to enter the room, finally I had to go to the front desk for solution.

Everything was outstanding!! Bay view room on the 4th floor was amazing!! I love this place and will be back.
Absolutely nothing.

The room was clean and location was very close to the John Pennecamp State Park.
Completely my fault, but I thought I had booked a room with a balcony. We ended up on the highway side with no fresh air. I requested a cancellation, but that was not possible (I understand) and they did not have another room with a balcony available. Staff could have been a bit nicer. Property was just ok. We went to Baker's Cay just down the road for dinner - it was lovely, wish I had sprung for that as it was MUCH nicer and a better value.

The grounds were nice. The pool, bar, beach & lobby were very nice.
The room was very disappointing. It was a 3 star room at best that desperately needs to be upgraded. The rest of the property made up for the lackluster room.

The restaurant was amazing. Such good food for dinner and breakfast. We had been in USA for a week and this was definitely the best food we had by far.
Security was lapse. We witnessed people coming g into the hotel, picking up beach towels from the hut and using the facilities. Not right when the rest of us pay for this facility. Bathroom was dated.

Gorgeous beachfront layout with plenty of pool & beach chairs and lots of clusters of chairs/hammocks for little family gatherings. Especially lovely at night/sunset, with the strung lights and gas lamps and firepits! Kind & helpful staff! Had a stellar massage at the spa! In-room coffeemaker was appreciated! Food at Gus’ was good to great—lobster bisque & conch fritters were dreamy! Thank you for the kids menu for our picky eater! And basketball & volleyball for the kids. Bar service at pool was also fabulous! We loved our stay!!
One bathroom hook?! It was laughable. We were a family of 4 with 4 shower towels and wet swimwear with nowhere to hang it every day. Please install 4+ hooks!

Location; restaurants on site; lots of chairs at the pool.
Room needs some updating. Some furniture had rips; tub drain was rusted; not stocked well in kitchen. Items left in cabinets from previous guests. Not cleaned every night.

The crowd.

Nice room with everything we needed in it. Restaurant was good and the location is fantastic with the beach offering the relaxing time we wanted after the relentless pace of Orlando.
I could have booked a longer stay.

Room with balcony & view was awesome. Comfortable bed. Great layout of room.
The electronic wrist band chip does not work immediately to open the door, one has to try several attempts to open door, taking it off and trying it again. Other times it worked straight away.

Well situated, and good options for water sports, and the people assisting with the water sports were really nice.
It’s very noisy, especially if you are on the road side, you can hear cars throughout the night, and you can hear your neighbours, and the vending machine. It was difficult to sleep! There weren’t many eating options, just the one place, Gus’ grille, which was ok, but the drinks weren’t good and the server got annoyed at us for wanting to pay the bill. The pool was very small, and people were drinking while in the pool (there was music) and being a bit inappropriate, so not really my scene. The water pressure from the shower wasn’t great either. So overall it was ok, but not a place I would return to.

Well maintained resort centrally located in Key Largo. Sunset view from the resort's activity area was to die for.
Being placed in a accessible room, but the staff corrected it immediately by changing our room.

good hamburgers
- The shower head was leaking water all over. We had to cover the floor of the bathroom with towels and even out of the bathroom.
- Shower hear was loosen and we couldn’t hold it to a certain position.
- On our second night, when we returned to the hotel around 8pm, the room was not cleaned.
- On our last day, my sister and her two kids came to visit around 3pm just to spend couple of hours with us and eat, however, a very rude gentleman who was supposed to be a security manager asked her out. I asked to pay for a day-pass for my sister even though she was going to stay no more than 3 hours but I was denied of that option at the front desk.
Extremely disappointed being this our first time staying at this hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was excellent -- right on the water. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The linens were high quality. Had dinner at the Gus Grille -- excellent food and service. Only stayed for one night so didn't get to utilize the beach or pool facilities. We headed out early the following morning to Key West.
No complaints.

We arrived early and, although we couldn't check in, we were able to use all of the facilities including the pool and sunbeds. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The bedroom had a partial view of the sea/beach and was very comfortable. The pool area is accessible only by a special wristband, which leads down to a private beach area. Very pretty and we saw an amazing sunset.
Obviously going during the Winter months I have learned that it is very popular for travelling Americans and found it very pricey. The resort is also on its own, not much else apart from the resort facilities, but we knew that when we booked.
