The hotel is well-located in the town, with multiple restaurants within walking distance, which was convenient after a long day of driving. The staff were very helpful, polite and responsive, which was appreciated.

Where do I begin? If you are considering this hotel for a four-star experience, then stop right there. This hotel has the bones of a decent hotel and that's about it. Our room was on the first floor, which was a damp, poorly lit basement-looking space. No natural light at all. Our bathroom had zero ventilation, so after every shower the room turned into a savannah. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were actually lumpy. The sheets felt synthetic and did not breathe. They are understaffed, so folks leave dirty towels and garbage outside of their rooms, which only adds to the ambiance when you're already in a basement. The restaurant onsite was okay, the food was bland and nothing to write home about -- the price tag on each dish is not justified at all. The only praise I will give is that the hotel is well-located and the front desk staff were wonderful.

The restaurant was closed and this was very unfortunate as it was one of the responses that we chose this place. I think that we should be told in advance if services or amenities are not available so that customers are making an informed decision about their choice of accommodation

They put us in the basement rooms we had ne few and it was hard to get down

I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed for dinner the night we arrived and breakfast the morning we were leaving.

This hotel is deceptively overrated. It was twice the price it should have been.
