Rooms are clean and spacious. Although a bit far from central Reston, location is nice and quiet, and hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro station with friendly and service-oriented drivers. There is a convenient 7-Eleven close by with gas. Reception is exceptional with attentive and courteous staff.
Breakfast is rather disappointing. You are given a $14.00 voucher to order from an individual at a cash register. A big muffin is about $5.00 and one biscotti is $3.00… just to give you an idea how much you can actually order. They have biscuit sandwiches, fruit salad in a cup, scones, croissants, etc. It’s also slow serving process… one order at a time. Also, there is no pool in such a beautiful and spacious hotel, especially for a hot summer day.

The room was clean and some of the staff was very nice. The overall stay was nice.
The cleaning personnel was very rude. Check out was at 12pm and My family and I were making sure we got all of our things together, double checking to make sure we didn't leave anything, this was around 9am. The cleaning guy knocked on the door as I was taking stuff out the room down to the car. My sister was inside still getting dressed. The second time he comes to the door he uses his key to enter and my sister was half dressed at this point so my Mom had to step in the way of him seeing her undressed which is very unacceptable. This was around 10am, so why were we being rushed to leave the room if checkout isn't until 12pm.
The shower had poor water pressure and to be paying as much as I did for a stay the shower pressure should be great. The water drizzle out of the beautiful shower head almost like rinsing off under a stopped up water hose.

Bad pillows - uncomfortable. No soap in men's rooms in hotel common areas. Fallen leaves (heavy) in parking area.

The property is in the best location! The grocery and a few restaurants right around the corner
Why did you fill in the pool???!!!!
Also I should have gotten points for my stay

The facilities seemed adequate.
The breakfast was absolutely terrible. I felt my cholesterol rise when I walked through the door. There is only a small credit towards your food not an actual breakfast supplied.
The room for the price was very average.

Excellent room layout and very supportive staff.
Entry locking system at rear entry doors was unpredictable and very frustrating. Plumbing was . . . less than perfect. Shower and toilet both backed up, but did not overflow. Also frustrating.

Staff, location and design of property overall was very acceptable.
Water pressure was inadequate for comfortable use in bath and hygiene.

Cleaning service was bad. No business center. Breakfast is terrible and very expensive. This is at most a 2-star hotel.

Currently there is no restaurant, only a bar and what can only be described as a breakfast kiosk. Breakfast was just awful. Given a $14 token for breakfast, but even the basics cost more than that, requiring additional expenditure. Shocking approach, especially given that hot food options were pre-packed and just (re)heated. Do not pay for breakfast, rather arrange your own!!!
Breakfast truly awful. Evening meal food only a little better. Very disappointing, given the cost of the hotel.

The food that evening was horrible . I was disappointed that the quality of the food was not better nor the Staff was never around for service as the bar was full. Took forever to track someone down to pay. The food was terrible !
You would think that the restaurant for a place that costs $300 to stay would have been worth it. It was not a good experience. The only part nice was the check-in, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

very small beds and tv kept going out
