Great boutique style hotel with large rooms, beautiful amenities, and great location!

What an awesome boutique style hotel with all the amenities! So grateful for the small kitchen and space to enjoy our time in New York City

Would have preferred not to have any carpet

Convenient location, clean facilty, courteous hospitable staff

Staff is courteous, room clean. My granddaughter is at Sloan Kettering and this is the most convenient location in the entire city.

I will be back!

Enjoyed the special touches like automatic blinds, nice, large bathroom, mini kitchen. Excellent location for my needs, and attentive staff.

Elevator was a bit small

Overly priced and didn’t really meet the expectation.

It was located in pretty convenient location. Accessible from many of touristic places and metro.

It said fully equipped kitchen but was not…. Kitchen tools were very poor we weren’t really able to cook anything. I think description needed to be changed. Didnt had kitchen scissors that I had to cut some things with knifes

For $600+ per night I expected something more than a Motel 6.

Heat in bedroom did not work on first night. No hot air and noisy. We shut it off. Was fixed the second night. Two regular instant coffee packs and 2 decaf. No tea. High class. Poor lighting throughout. Thin coverlet on bed. Had to ask for blankets since the heater wasn't working.

Excellent location, services and facilities for Families

I liked the warm Welcome from staff. The Location was perfect for a family of four females , age ranging from 71 yrs to 13yrs and 1 boy 17yrs old, Rooms was cleaned daily, your chambermaid certainly had there work cut out with our room Thank you.

I didn’t really like the fact that I upgraded to a bigger room and I informed Danny I would pay cash but he took it out of my account, haha I had saved the cash all week and we where informed the last day that we could have had 10dollars per day for complimentary drinks, other than that the service was excellent.

Another great stay

The location was perfect for our visit to the Hospital for Special Surgeries. Having a nice kitchen and sitting area made us very comfortable. The staff could not have been kinder, especially Robert.

The Wolfgang Puck coffee system produces a mediocre morning cup. Brewed coffee in the lobby would be a nice touch.

Great location but would not stay there again nor recommend to others.

Location was great.

Room was old and outdated and had several issues: electrical outlets didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t shut/lock properly, toilet paper holder was broken, phone did not work except when you used on “speaker” mode.

We love The Gardens Sonesta Suites!

The rooms are extra comfortable. The staff is kind and considerate. Housekeeping does and amazing job.

The elevator can be tricky in the morning since one gets shut down for housekeeping while everyone is going out for the day.

The staff are incredible

Loved the staff! They were great! The room was HUGE and the AC was great! The location is perfect. We were able to easily get around on the subway when we wanted to go farther away.

No parking BUT there was a parking garage that wasn't crazy expensive less than 20 ft from the hotel.
