Great downtown option

Great location, comfortable rooms. Free hot drinks in the lounge and free wine at happy hour. Cleaned daily.

Gute Lage, aber zu kleines Zimmer ohne Frischluft.

Super zentrale Lage, sicheres Viertel. Kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee zu jeder Zeit.

Leider war unser Zimmer super klein und es gab kein Fenster zum Lüften. Der Geruch im Zimmer war daher bei Ankunft bereits sehr unangenehm.

El personal impecable

El hotel en general está muy bien. La cama es muy cómoda y en la habitación hay todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda. Tienen agua y café de cortesía, algo que agradecimos mucho. Lo más destacable para nosotros fue el buen trato y simpatía del personal, en todo momento dispuestos a ayudar y encantadores fuese la hora que fuese. Hicimos el check in pasadas las 3 de la mañana y el hombre que nos atendió no pudo ser más cariñoso y simpático. Sin duda volveremos al mismo hotel en nuestra próxima visita. La ubicación es muy buena, un paseo andando a Embarcadero, Chinatown y Union Square.

Hotel e camera fantastica, da quattro stelle. Il disporre di una camera dotata di angolo cottura e tutto occorrente per preparare una colazione, aggiunto al caffe/tè/latte offerti nel salotto al piano terra, compensano assolutamente la mancata offerta di una colazione a buffet. Impagabile poi la presenza di area dotata di lavatrici e asciugatrici, con tutto occorrente per lavare il vestiario.

Si potrebbe pensare, prima o poi, di investire in una ristrutturazione del bagno. La vasca di bagno soprattutto, avrebbe bisogno di un sistema antiscivolo.

Disrespect with long term customer

Disappointed! I usually stay here, have been many times, many of the staff know me, I am even a member of the club quarters program. I landed super early for me booking, around midnight, I call the hotel and ask about either an early check in or the ability to pay for an extra day, and the employee William, tells laughs at me and tell me no there is no way and Jung’s up on my face while I was talking. I go on booking and book a room, at the same hotel and call William again to let him know I got a room through booking ana confirm if I can go, he completely poorly handles the situation, confirms my reservation and offer no apologies, probably the last time I will ever stay at CQ.

Decent value, very functional.

Decent price, nice bar next door. Nice shared space.

Room was pretty spartan, and furniture pretty work. Would have been nice to have some more comfort and personal touches in room.

Great location, and staff! Note there is no on-site parking!

The location was great! Right in the main San Francisco area, so I was able to use public transportation or walk all day without needing a car. Room was clean and comfortable, and staff was kind.

High prices, especially since there is no on-site parking. Rooms are a little small as well for the price.

La ubicación es excelente, el precio está súper bien para la zona donde está el hotel, además de que hay bebidas calientes en el lobby 24h, te y todo tipo de café, pues hay una máquina. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, no se escucha nada y se puede dormir fenomenal

Que tenías el water atorado y tuvimos que llamar a alguien para que lo arregle, lo cual lo solucionaron rápido

Nice hotel in a good location

Great location. Really nice hotel with free hot drinks in the lobby. Good sized room.

Our room must have been near a smoking area as you’d wake up in the night to the smell of smoke. Bathroom door didn’t close.

Well located, ok value for money, very comfortable beds, but not a 4* hotel

Very old, this is not a 4* hotel, rooms are very dated, gym facilities are poor, no restaurant (Apart from poor sister site)

Great location. Felt safe walking around. Walking distance to Ferry Bldg & many restaurants. Short walk to BART Embarcadero station. Required your room key to access elevator & upper floors.

Stupendous fresh free coffee all the time - and great rooms too!

I just love the German WMF coffee machine. Free in the lobby and superb fresh ground coffee. Atop that, check in is seamless. The staff are all on point and very helpful for an efficient stay. I like being near Embarcadero, you can walk to the water easily. The hotel's location also avoids much of the chaos of Market St, Union Sq, and Tenderloin - a bit of a haven.

Simple comfy room for a 1 night stay

I liked how close it was to the comedy club I was attending. Restaurants and Walgreens are very close. The parking structure had a reasonable price for overnight stay.

The hotel, staff and accommodation was excellent.

The room was a good size. The bed was super comfortable (especially after a long flight). The free tea and variety of coffee in the lounge. The helpful friendly staff. The location was very close for the hop on hop off red buss. The hotel let us store our luggage for the day while we did some sightseeing. The hotel let us use the lounge for a few hours before we left for the airport. They booked a taxi for us.

It was 4 blocks from most of the other bus transports (apart from the hop on hop off red bus).

Flottes Hotel in San Francisco

Gute Lage, ein flottes Restaurant gerade drunter und ein Starbucks auch. Gratus Wasserstationen im Gang. Das Zimmer war für eine Grossstadt gross.

Kein Safe Es war sehr hellhörig, man konnte die Leute im Gang gut hören, störte uns aber nicht.

Muy viejo : necesita remodelar las habitaciones ; nada parecido a las fotos que muestran en su pagina, colchones muy viejos y las almohadas parecían cojines viejos y la alfombra demasiado vieja : realmente muy deteriorado.

Great location and safe area which was nice. Clean rooms and staff were wonderful!

Great and safe location! Staff were excellent especially Liz at the front desk.

No hair dryers in room and our coffee maker was broken which was a bummer.
