Excelente estadia, ao retornar a Miami certamente vou me hospedar novamente.

Excelente receptividade, como cheguei antes do horário de checkin, pude deixar a bagagem em segurança enquanto andava pela cidade. Após o horário de checkin, tudo fluiu com perfeição. Localização excepcional, perto de tudo e com ótimas opções de alimentação e lazer. Atendimento nota 10! todos os colaboradores extremamente solícitos e disponíveis. Parabéns aos envolvidos.

Lively, friendly and well-located hostel

It was my first experience in a hostel and I loved it, I'm even recommending it to my friends. The location is excellent! I found it clean, organized and very quiet. Joaquina is a sweetheart, and they always have events at the hostel to get people together.

What I didn't like was the fact that they only changed the towels every 3 days and the quality of the towels is terrible. They take a long time to replace the water. And I had a bad experience with one of the employees who took about 3h30 to solve my padlock problem and it was very stressful to have to wait and without any good will to solve it, only to find out after almost 4 hours that they had pliers that broke my padlock in seconds. I thought the lighting in the room was bad and the wifi also didn't work in the room, only in the hall.

Amazing location in the moddle of the south beach with confortable lobby and amazing atmosphere, I appreciated water, coffe and tea in disposal at any time. Possibilty to bring food and drinks from outside which is important

La mejor ubicación en MB, vayan!

La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene este lugar. Literalmente a 40 metros de Ocean Drive y la playa, con innumerables opciones de comida (a cualquier precio) y actividades alrededor. Un lugar perfecto para relajarse y vivir Miami Beach sin mayores preocupaciones. Lo segundo, los chicos y chicas que trabaja ahí. Llegué a mi check in cerca de las 2 de la mañana y Facundo me recibió excelente, haciéndome sentir bienvenido y en casa. Después, Pedro, Meli, Nico, Joaqui y el resto del stuff, muy bien también. Siempre poniéndole onda y cuidando a la 'familia'. Con eso ya debería ser suficiente pero encima de todo el lugar es lindo, bien cuidado, tiene tres bares en el mismo edificio (sí, tres) y un patio tremendo. Vayan!

Cuando estuve hubo varios días de lluvia y se notaba que la parte del patio necesitaba un poco de trabajo,. pero todo esto poniéndome muy exigente.

Great location and friendly staff. Highly recommended

The location was great. Dominico was the best! We also really enjoyed hanging out at the tiki bar with Nate and the he other bartender (very tall, from Nashville). Then they suggested we check out swizzle and what a great experience that was. I highly suggest the clarified pina colada, I’ll definitely be returning for that in the future!!

Best value for money in Miami Beach.

I've been to several hostels in the past and It has been a while since I had met a group of people so nice and fun in a hostel. The infrastructure of the hostel is very nice, great internet connection, the location is perfect and they help you with all the things that you need to have a great stay. The best value for money in Miami.

Not much to talk about this and anything that I say can be easily ignored and it is not even related to the hostel itself. The hostel is located in a very good spot in Miami Beach, so it is natural to have a lot of noise in the surroundings, but they offer earplugs for sleep.

Zentrale Lage in Miami Beach South, großzügige Zimmer, bequeme Betten

Sehr bequeme Hochbetten, man konnte sowohl oben als auch unten aufrecht sitzen. Lampe und USB Stecker am Bett. Große Schließfächer. Stuhl, Schreibtisch und ein großer Schrank. Als eine Deckenlampe nicht funktionierte, kam sofort ein Techniker.

Great Stay

The staff were incredible from the first until last time. the room was extremely wonderful, great mattress. it was a great stay and for sure I’d stay again.

A good choice if you like to stay in Southbeach with no idea to pay a lot for a property.

Wer Geld fuer eine Unterkunft in Southbeach sparen moechte oder muss ist hier genau richtig. Von der Collins Ave. kann man alles erreichen, laengere Entfernungen im Stadtteil per Bus oder Trolley. Cold water for free. Employees very friendly and very helpful.

Bien ubicado, costo excesivo. O bien por ese costo, sumar desayuno,

Ubicación, calidad de la cama, limpieza del lugar, y del baño. Que el baño sea propio de la habitación. Cortinas en las camas, luces, y conectores usb.

Si pudiesen poner alguno cama menos por habitación, estaría genial. Se necesita un espacio con nevera y cocina (en un momento solicité un cuchillo, y no había la Posibilidad de adquirir uno). Es un elemento muy básico. Es costoso, a mi gusto más de lo que debería, debí emigrará a la tercera noche, no era posible sustentar dicho monto.

I had a great time. Free coffee, free wifi and awesome activities!

Free wifi, great staff, great strangers. The only thing is make sure if you are a Female/ Woman it would probably be much better to be in an all female/ woman dormitory. But other than that, great value for a great price! The staff is great as well!

The wait for the bathroom, and also make sure you have a towel, toothpaste and lotion. Otherwise it will exceed expectations! No real complaints here.

Modern and clean hostel with a fantastic location!

Excellent location in South Beach, close to the beach and all the restaurants/bars. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was very clean and sheets and towels were being cleaned every other day. Beds were in good condition and it was generally very safe.

Prior to my arrival I thought I was going to stay at a female dorm, but then it turned out I had booked a mixed dorm (on the booking it didn't specify the type of the room). I was able to change to a female dorm but they did not help me with the price compensation as it was booked through booking.com. I checked again and some rooms are marked as female and some as mixed, but some are not marked at all and that's a bit misleading. In the end I paid a lot for an 8-beds dorm and that's the only thing I was unsatisfied with.

Es mejor no confiar en la palabra del personal

La ubicación.

Nos indicaron que en la habitación de seis camas en la que nos acomodaríamos 5 personas tenia una alta probabilidad de quedar solo para nosotros. Apenas confirmamos la reserva en booking nos metieron en una habitación donde había alguien que roncaba de tal forma que no fue fácil descansar. Cuando preguntamos sobre lo que nos habían dicho inicialmente, nos dijeron que nada que hacer. Conclusión. No les gustó que preguntáramos el precio del sitio presencialmente, y que finalmente hiciéramos la reserva en booking por que salia mas barato. Sentimos que fue venganza ajajaja.

Great location, great room but over priced at over $600 for two days...

A great location and very lively. The room was very spacious and comfortable with two queen beds. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful even when I mistook the towel holder for a rubbish bin (it was an empty plastic bag) and put my half-eaten ice cream in there.

They had a pool but we were never shown it or the facilities. My daughter made her way to the restaurant as she was hungry and said she saw a cockroach. When she mentioned it, she said it was brushed away and she was told it wasn't a cockroach. Neither of us ate in there after that. There were also restaurant touts outside of the venue, asking anyone who walked by to come to the restaurant they seemed to be there morning, noon and night.

if I ever visit Miami another time, I would book another room in this hostel in a heartbeat.

The location of the hostel is absolutely perfect. It made wandering around Miami Beach very easily, and is next to Gianni Versace's old house. The area feels safe and is also close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

I honestly do not have anything to complain about. The hostel exceeded my expectations. Bathrooms are cleaned every single day which is something I did not expect at all, considering this is a hostel, but it really made my time worthwhile. The service provided goes beyond the price of the reservation. The only problem I had was that the doorknob to our bathroom was dysfunctional. I was stuck in the bathroom for a few minutes on the first day. Thankfully, I had booked a women dormitory, so I wasn't too anxious about not being able to lock the bathroom door.

Ótima localização e custo benefício, pois hospedar em local bom em Miami pode custar muito caro!

Funcionários prestativos, limpeza do quarto e banheiro! Conforto e limpeza das roupas de cama, o colchão era muito confortável! Shampoo e sabonete líquido! Cama com divisória, o q da mais privacidade, armários embaixo bem grande, comportava muita bagagem caso necessário!

Quando cheguei havia muito barulho de música pq tem um barzinho na frente da recepção, o q dificultava um pouco a comunicação na recepção!
