Newer clean hotel

Clean and newer facility TV worked well Beds were comfortable Elevator used to go to and from our room with luggage.

Very few carts to help with luggage..difficult to push the one we finally got. Staff at desk did not offer any assistance with the cart. Both of us are senior women with health issues. 100 dollars extra charged to my bank account that has not been corrected yet.

Location is close to Miette Hotspring. It is convenient to the restaurants and stores. Breakfast is good, hot meal. Bed is comfortable. Towels are new which is good

The receptionists are not friendly. The entrance.light is burnt out. The TV is complicated . The ironing board is unuseful, cannot stand as it has to be. No.toothpaste available.

Very cozy and quiet location.

The ac/heat is stupid noisy and even when I pushed the 'OFF' button, it still fired up every half hour. This is probably a Telus thing. It didn't matter what channel I tried; it would work for 5 minutes and then have an error message. When I spoke to the front desk - it seemed like a regular issue.

This is a reliably comfortable, clean property in a great location.

We like the location on the west side of Hinton for easy access to Jasper National Park. We really liked the separate sitting area in our room.

The breakfast was a little “light”. I can appreciate the fact that they wouldn’t want a lot of food wasted but having basics like fruit and yogurt each day would have been appreciated.
