The garden was under construction while we were there, so the hotel premises did not look anything as nice as the photo.
I did not like that the bathtub and the shower were not separated.

Location
Not as advertised. Tiny room in the creepiest of courtyards barely lit by the tiny, creepy lighting. The room has no functional windows and a murder motel on the side of a road energy adorned in horrendous fluorescent lighting, and zero dimmable lights. It smelled stuffy and unfit for guests with an old rug smell that if you have allergies (which we do) is enough o send you running. All that for especially for the $550 for 2 nights price tag is grotesque, especially so in Beverly Hills.
Additionally there was No complementary water or a fridge, and the room sported outdated decor /furniture and an equally creepy parking lot that’s $30 per night if you decide to stay. We decided that staying was not an option due to family and child feeling 100% uncomfortable with the setup. 0/10 so not recommend- i filed a complaint and asked not to have any charges applied and they still charged a can also fee and never followed up even though i tried calling several times. The front desk staff was super nice however- but there’s no other redeeming aspects to this place. 1 star motel vibes.

Super comfortable bed, kind, and accommodating staff, reasonable parking, great location. Checks all the boxes for me.
No complaints.

Location was great. Close to all the destinations we had in our list. Room was very good compared to the overall setup. Washroom was spacious and clean.
The facility can be cleaner. Room was very clean but the lobby, common areas and elevator can be cleaner. We were told a cleaner was available every two days.

Excellent location, and price wise it was awesome. Will come back 100%. And there was a happy hour where they give you free beer and wine!
No breakfast or restaurant.

The location was perfect if you have a car since it is in the center of LA's best touristy areas. The room was a good size and the staff were very friendly.
The aircon was a bit loud and the when the shower is on the sound is very high.

great location! very nice inside! lovely little hotel.

Nicely furbished property and rooms, stylish interior. All amenities in the room available, big bathroom
The property looks much nicer in pictures as it is in real life. Restaurant was closed so there was no life at all in the otherwise lovely courtyard.
Parking is limited to the first customers, which was a bit of a gamble to use the car and see if a parking spot is available when returning. When I am paying 30 dollars per day, I don't want that insecurity but a guaranteed spot.
Location is good, safe neighborhood but not close to any hotspots. It is almost necessary to take the car to see the touristic highlights. But for business in the area, the location is superb.

It was such a cute hotel! We were centrally located and felt safe. Great value!!!

nice
didn’t let you know there is a $30 parking fee. Made you pre register before you got there and had a bunch of ip charges that I ingored

shower head leaked and bed squeezed every time we moved

Rooms were way smaller than expected with the beds touching the walls and no room to walk around. Walls were very thin and even running water from another room was super loud as well as could hear loud talking from the room next store. Wi-Fi was really bad and router box was under the bed and flashing light on the wall all night. Expected more for the price of the stay.

We didnt like much here. Bad room, noisy hotel, constant police sirens. The room smelt badly and it was way too expensive.

To be honest the only thing I liked was the night front desk lady who is a treasure. ( day time front desk lady was polite too!) I apologise I forgot her name but the property knows who she is. One of the kindest people we met in our 25 day trip in California. Extremely smiley ( important for me!) and helpful she put a smile in our face too. I can’t believe I forgot her name.
We knew we were not staying in the heart of Beverly Hills but the location has nothing to do with what tourists may think of. To be honest the neighbourhood is nice, safe and quiet but nothing special.
The hotel itself was ok, a little bit dated and definitely nothing what it looks like in the photos on the website. You think you’re staying in an art gallery type of thing but the reality is far from that.
Worst part was the horrible smell in the room. I didn’t complain because the staff were so kind with us I didn’t want to bring them in a difficult situation.

Staff were very friendly and super helpful.
Room and bathroom are nicely sized
Good location
The wifi really sucked.
We found the room to be really dark.
The bed was big and comfortable however was very shaky and made loads noise at the slightest movement.
Could be a personal experience however our keycard stopped working twice and we had to make the trip down to reception to have it sorted

All was nice except the broken elevator for the day..I was on the 4th floor.
The broken elevator..
