It was quiet and beautiful

The scenery.
Zero stars. Take your business elsewhere. It's not worth the drive or money. They didn't have my pool view room ready as promised so I had to take a dirty lake view. They didn't accommodate a wheelchair bound person at the Arabesque lounge because she brought her own meal to our table, and you'll be hearing from an ADA lawyer soon. A rude female barkeeper also served my minor alcohol as well, when I wasn't looking. Restaurant downstairs hardly ever open and there is a lack of nearby dining. I came back from the Vegas strip on a Saturday night and no valet was available at 11pm! The beds are lumpy and soft. Pools are also very dirty and the short water slide is closed at 5pm in the summer....WTH!!..And the water in kids pool is warmer than pee. These disrespectful con artists will never earn another dollar from us

The location and food were good. Staff was nice too.
Bathrooms dirty and out of order, carpets old and dirty, pool crowded as they open the second pool late and close it too early.
There was a tray with room service plates and glasses outside a room since I arrived until I checked out.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Durchgangstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Man konnte alles hören. Glücklicherweise war das Zimmer nur eine Nacht belegt.

We had a bit of luxury on our last day of a two week road trip. The room was spacious and comfortable. We ordered room service. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Location was so nice to be away from the chaos at the Strip. We would stay there again.
Lobby was noisy.

Location was away from the strip which was nice. Beautiful area, but the best part about the property was the friendly staff. They were helpful and accommodating and none of them were rude. Excellent people.

L'eau de la piscine était sale, on a eu des odeurs d'égout, l'écoulement de la baignoire était un peu bouché, le prix de la bière à la piscine est un peu élevé (30$ pour 2 bières),personne pour te demander si on a besoin de quelqu'un pour les bagages, ça ne me dérange pas trop je ne suis pas si vieux mais pour un hôtel comme celui-ci "The Westin Bonvoy" je trouve ça un peu juste

Complimentary bottles of water were a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable.
I encountered issues at nearly every point. From valet, to my door handle being stuck to my room, to not having things promised like a robe, patio furniture being covered in days or weeks worth of bird poop, the bath faucet leaking, etc.

It was a nice retreat off the strip, quiet and tranquil for relaxing. In room dining was delicious. Service was exceptional. It did have a mini fridge which was also nice. If I ever go back to Las Vegas I would stay here again.
Only downfall is it is out if the way, which has pros and cons. It's quiet and restful however we couldn't get a cab to take us. In fact, the cab picked us up on the Strip & dropped us off on side of the road. If you're going here, order an Uber. We had no issues with Uber.

Everything was located there at the resort!
Rick’s stopped serving breakfast at 11am! I enjoy breakfast food throughout the day especially if I’m on vacation! Had to leave the property to find breakfast food!

The setting is incredible right on Lake Las Vegas. The building is a sight to see. The staff make such an effort to ensure you have a great stay!
The restaurants on premise need to improve the food they serve. There is a lack of quality in the products they serve. The preparation leaves something to be desired. That said short ride to the village will give you good food and great service.

We like the location and the look and spaciousness of the property.
It felt tired. Our room had a lot of maintenance issues - shower and sink were clogged and drained very slow. The toilet kept running after it was flushed, so something was wrong with it. A few of the lights in the room didn’t function, bad light bulbs? We let the staff know about the plumbing issues and they had us switch rooms, which we appreciated.
The signs on the walls in the public areas, such as directions to the lobby. The letters on a few of them are missing.
Not worth the price.

The staff was extremely nice. My daughter was competing at the venue so it was very convenient to stay on location due to her call times.
I had booked a king bed with a sofa bed, I got a room with 2 full-sized beds. It would have been fined but the mattress was extremely soft, we sank in the bed like pretzels, not a good nights sleep.

Location it’s great for a relaxing getaway
The size of beds, the TV in one of the rooms didn’t work at all. The hotel was under construction and half their amenities advertised (like the spa) were under construction.

We had a lovely stay, it seemed to be off season so it was pretty quiet, but we enjoyed that. We also loved having our pup with us. He enjoyed a comfortable stay with us. We even took advantage of the spa services. They were lovely!

Me cobraron 2 veces. En efectivo cuando hice el check out y luego me llegó en el resumen de la tarjeta el débito por la misma suma de unos 600 dólares aproximadamente. Hicimos varios reclamos vía mail aportando datos de la persona que nos cobró de nombre Cassiie G. Día y hora para que corroboren con las cámaras de seguridad y las respuestas en principio fueron vamos a constatar lo denunciado y luego no nos respondieron más. Es evidente que son todos cómplices de esta estafa, de todas maneras vamos a realizar la denuncia ante la defensa al consumidor de Nevada.

Beautiful, top floor room with both a lake and pool view! I especially appreciated that housekeeping came in daily.
We stay here often and love the property! It's striking distance from Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. It's far enough away from Las Vegas that the "Honky Tonk" Vegas vibe is absent! The Hoover Dam tour is amazing and Lake Mead is always lovely and peaceful. Rick's Cafe has excellent food and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner there.
I was disappointed that Marasa restaurant was not open mid-week, when we like to travel. Some day we will plan to be there when it is open...that means a weekend night!

The staff was nice and the lot had plenty of parking.
They gave me a “lake view” on the first floor (technically 2nd - because the property is on a hill) of the property. I could barely see the lake and could only see a little pond that was in front of the lake.
No breakfast included.
Bad shower pressure.
Mini fridge was broken.
$300 for one night in a small room with a “pond view” was super not worth it.

This is one of the nicest facilities I have ever had the pleasure of occupying. The staff and the entire resort is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful quiet and cozy place to stay they should stay here. The cleanliness is immaculate and room service is to die for. I can't say enough to describe how awesome this resort is.

Friendly staff. Beautiful property. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Ultimately they gave me credit when they did not move my room as requested.
Reservation was for a pool view room. Room we received was not pool view and the fridge made a buzzing sound all night. When I asked to be moved the next day, I was told that they would have a pool view room ready after 11:00 am inspection. It was not ready at 11:30 and was told by new clerk that they would call when they had one available.At 3:30 we were going out for the evening and still no room. They gave me a discount for both nights but we had to put up with the noisy fridge. In addition the Jacuzzi was closed and the pool was unheated. Quite a disappointment for staying at a high end resort.

The bathtub- unsafe as it has no grip and very slippery! No mat for feet grip a concave bathtub- have stayed prior with a walk in shower - much better concept! Upgraded shower head obviously but the tub needs to GO!

The room’s air conditioning wasn’t working. Also, I asked the lady when I checked in to put us close to the entrance so I wouldn’t have to walk so far to take my dog outside; she put us at literally the farthest room possible.
