Absolutely everything. The staff were amazing, they treated us and our family amazing!! Would stay there every time we pass through Regina!
Loved everything!!
4.5
Good location, no city rush or noise. Great pool for all ages. Everything was close by if needed.
Nothin to report

Breakfast great (as usual). Room was nice. Hotel was quiet. Out of the city on the way to Winnipeg meant a good start in the morning.

Location was perfect. Very clean lobby and rooms. Large rooms with fridge, microwave and cook top. And they had dishes we could use. Breakfast was excellent.
All was good.
4.0
We liked the breakfast . Didn’t use the pool or exercise room so can’t comment. The room was spacious an nice to have the sink with water. or too much cutlery but enough to take care of light snacks. The temperature controls where better than average . was impressed with the staff at the front desk.
The distance from city amenities.
3.5
Room and hotel were clean , staff was friendly .
Took the staff 3 tries to get our room key to work . Our room had no heat on when we arrived and the outside door had cold air blowing in as it didn't seal . Hot tub jets didn't work . Breakfast bacon , sausages , eggs were cold .

Waterslides and pool were perfect for my son
breakfast options could have been better - waffle maker!

Good breakfast
Everything went fine, the property was very busy and looking kind of worn out since the last time we visited.

Breakfast was good. Although, more meat selections will be awesome. We love the pools & waterslides. Love the comfy bed too!
My husband didnt like the omelette and french toast during breakfast. He said that those tasted like powdered eggs instead of real eggs. Location was too far from downtown or the business district.
5.0
cleanliness, room size and facilities (stove, microwave, utensils, coffee/tea )

Nice comfortable beds, pleasant staff, good breakfast. We would stay there again.
The pool is open to public swimming. Hence my idea of a quiet swim did not happen as kids and adults filled the pool. I understand this is a money maker for the hotel, but it would be nice if they could keep a couple of hours free for just people actually staying at the hotel.
4.0
The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
The kitchen staff serving the breakfast was grumpy. It would help if she smiled while asking the guests what to eat. It just didn't feel good to encounter a grumpy server, especially early in the morning.
3.5
Water slides were good, my kids enjoyed playing there
I wanted an extra quilt so I called the front desk at night, and he said that they don't have extra quilts or blankets, and they only have quilts\blankets as many as the number of beds in the hotel, which did not make sense. how come a big hotel like this one does not have any extra blankets??!! I have 2 of my kids sleeping on the Sofa bed and they needed a quilt or a blanket!!

comfortable and clean
pool gave horrible rashes to the swimmers

It was very nice to have cutlery and dishes in the room. The front desk was very helpful with our questions and needs.

As always it is our favorite place to stay when in Regina. Love the breakfast and that it starts early. Love the pool facilities and the cleanliness.
Not enough toilet paper in the room. We ran out.

Honestly, did not "like" much of anything. At the very best the entire place is average to below average. It was clean at least, but there was nothing to make me ever want to return or rebook at this location.
- The walls/floors are paper thin. Any movement of any kind from guests in another room sound like they are in your room with you.
- The wifi was terrible, constantly kicking you out and you had to re-login.
- The pool was dirty and water was very murky. They make you wear a wristband even if they know you are guest. They call it a "Waterpark"...but it's basically the same pool/slide/hot tub you can find at every hotel, with one extra slide for small children. (Maybe having two waterslides technically qualifies it as a "Park")
- The water pressure in the room shower was pathetic, and the hot water completely ran out one day.
- The breakfast is nothing outstanding...it is the same basic hot breakfast you literally get at pretty much every hotel.
- The gym equipment looks like they stole from an underground gym that was raided by police and been abandoned. There were signs asking you to clean off/wipe down your equipment but they provided nothing but dry towels to do so with...so wipe your own sweat around I guess.
4.5
The rooms are very comfortable especially the pillows and the bed. The area is quiet and peaceful. THe breakfast that is included is more than one needs. we did not use the pool on this trip.

we like having the little kitchenette in the room it was helpful
Our room was less then clean, hair all over the bathroom walls. Dirty hand prints on the walls - definitely wasn’t cleaned well if at all.
Pool water was dirty and freezing cold! There were also no towels available, not fun when your wet and get blasted with freezing cold air from outside on your way back to your room.

Staff were friendly the cleaning staff should get a raise they worked
I could hear the foot steps of children running in the room next to us which kept us awake for some time at nights
