Well designed room. Amazing location. Wonderful staff. Exceptional nightly music. Great bar and food.
Maybe a limited 24 room service menu would be nice. You should add dedicated phone line for in room dining orders.
4.3
Loved the style and the ambiance of the hotel. It was also great with the free pool game. The service was great, we were upgraded and had some free breakfast vouchers as well.
Lovely jazz music every night
The air condition in the room was quite noisy and in the hotel in general, it was sometimes freezing cold.

I booked a Roxy king room and when we got to the hotel they told me they had upgraded my reservation and would give me a better room. My husband and I left our luggage in the lobby and went to Django, well we had a table reserved at that exact time so we didn't go to the room until 1 am and upon entering the room I was surprised that we now had a full bed, So it was not true that they gave us an improvement but something minor, unfortunately it was already late and we were too tired to make a claim, the next day when talking to another person in the lobby she realized the mistake and did not know why it happened that, but I received an apology, a voucher for breakfast and since it had been a prepaid reservation they couldn't give me a refund, they could only give me a discount for a future stay, but I don't want to. to come back. In this place we spent a very uncomfortable night in such a small bed.

Great jazz bar, great location
All F&B outlets were fully booked and as a guest of the hotel, we couldn't even sit down for a drink or dinner. Only proposal was room service.

Friendly and clean
4.3
Incredible location, the bar area was quite lively but our room was pretty quiet and pleasant. They do have a white noise generating machine in the room if needed. We didn't
I was pleased with everything. The check-in area could use a little more lighting, but that's a small issue and not worth a complaint.
4.3
The exterior is very cool and so is the interior of the common areas like the reception and bar. The staff were friendly, the room was comfy and a good size. The location was nice, within walking distance so lots of bars, restaurants, and shops.
The bar was busy and very noisy until 2am on Friday and Saturday, which was ok, but after a long flight I wanted a good night sleep. We couldn’t get reservations for the Django jazz bar, so I wish we would have known to book in advance. The food and drink at breakfast was overpriced for the quality, as was the dinner in the main bar.

Location location location . Excellent place to stay to see New York
Nothing much

The vibe in the hotel was fabulous - everyone was having a good time and so friendly! The size of the room was excellent as we’ve stayed other places in New York for similar money where the rooms have been a box!!
The aircon in the room made a lot of noise and wasn’t as powerful as it could have been.
4.3
Vibrant and fashionable accommodation offering great comfort.
The bed was too compact for a comfortable stay for two individuals.
4.3
Beautiful hotel with amazing live jazz in the lobby. The staff were all super friendly, especially Dwight on front desk who was amazingly helpful and welcoming!

Great music and fun common area. Awesome rooms
Can’t think of anything

Very small rooms

Beautiful design
Amazing bar
Fantastic location
Huge room for NYC
All in all fantastic and would return
It’s definitely noisy. We were on the 5th floor and it still felt we were in the bar. The music is on until 2am on Saturday night but it didn’t bother us on the other nights. For some reason someone turned the bar music on at 6am on one day … that was crazy annoying!

El personal de recepcion muy atento, habitaciones muy comodas. Ubicacion excelente

Location
Pricing not value for money - other hotels will similar style and concept nearly half the price
Service is poor for this price range
Food over priced

Great location and easy access to the subway.
I loved the music from the bar but it was loud and came into the room. I went out so by the time I came back it was quiet.
4.3
Loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The room, the view the STAFF, the bar and the whole experience. We came to NYC for my partners 40th and to elope, the hotel staff made it incredibly special for us! We will definitely be back.
There is nothing that could have been done to make our stay any better.
4.3
Location, amazing staff, complementary Prosecco when checking in, great bar, wasn’t able to go to Django or the movie theatre but it was nice knowing that was an option in the hotel.
4.3
The location was amazing. Not even a block from the train. The music was incredible in the bar every night we were there. The rooms feel larger than the average NYC hotel. Close proximity to Chinatown, Financial district and the neighborhood felt really safe. This will be my main choice to stay from here on out.
I liked everything.

Love this hotel yet , the Front desk who assisted me of july 10th at 11 am she is extremely not really loving what she does , if this is not serves you honey what are we doing?
4.3
The rooms could not be any more cozy. It's perfect for someone looking for something different, but not overly done. The location was perfect for me, the staff was incredibly hospitable, and the food and drinks were top notch!
4.3
Great location & fun vibe
The rooms are too dark to get ready in. Need a better full length mirror & the room was very dusty which showed in the sunlight
4.3
the ambiance
Why do hotel bathrooms not have fans? It became incredibly hot and steamy in the bathroom very quickly and made it almost unbearable.
4.3
location was great. Felt safe.
some staff in the bar and restaurant were not helpful

The Dijango Jazz supper club , Jazz at the Roxy Bar and the Cinema were awesome entertainment outlets. Most of all I love the enchanting Decor. The coffee shop and restaurant and Oyster Bar are perfectly designed and so convenient. You really don't have to leave the hotel at all. The welcome glass of bubbly was a great touch. I highly recommend the one bedroom suite. We also enjoyed the record player and all the amenities in the suite such as the Coffee pot robes and slippers. The front desk hospitality was excellent.
The water pressure in the bathroom was awful and unpleasant. Also the bathroom was small for a suite that sleeps 4. The bed pillows and sheets were not of a higher grade quality expected for a suite at an upscale posh hotel The sofa bed sunk in the center and you could feel the springs. The
food was mediocore at Brunch.
4.3
Amazing staff and accommodations, extremely comfortable bed. Minibar was the best stocked one I’ve seen in a while. The gym is great. Lively environs and great bar.
The room was clean but needs a bit of maintenance and upgrade. There are no plugs around the desk area and no built-in USB ports. A coffeemaker suddenly appeared my last day; I had assumed the rooms just didn’t come with them. The hooks for the ironing board had fallen out of the wall, and staying on the 8th floor meant often waiting for the water to get hot, as I was told the boiler is in the basement. The shower head was old so water comes out in several directions, and the light in the shower only worked occasionally. I also noticed a pretty large buildup of dust on the outside of the elevators and along the beams on the center ceiling.
