All very good.

Very clean basic motel. Excellent outdoor space to relax and enjoy with our friends. Mario was superb in making sure that we were happy and satisfied with our accommodations.

Nice staff, clean, problem with hot water, Not sure it is worth the money

The staff, especially the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. The room was very clean. We stayed two nights and they cleaned the room the second day and provided new towels.

It took almost 2 min after letting the water run to get hot water. I asked the manager and he acknowledged and it was due to the fact that our room was far from the water heater. The shower was suboptimal. For me, a motel room should provide two functions: a pleasant rest and a good shower. The shower was below average. The room was very small (at least our room). It hardly fitted the two beds and it was hard to reach the closet.

Affordable night as is, clean

The nice lady at the front was very nice and helpful. The facilities outside of to the rooms are very nicely organized, with BBQ and comfy seating along sheds.. Overall the place is very nice and almost the good value for the price compared to the alternatives.

The interior of the room is bit outdated. Mattresses and fridge. The bed had no cover but the actual warm blanket, which made us think on often are those washed and replaced between guests. The bathroom was an interesting one for sure. The window had an AC in it so we felt the wind blowing between the side cracks. and the bathroom is very narrow.. The fridge was making noise all night The room light was massive and was almost unusable, as it was too bright.

Location. Staff was helpful.

AC was in the bathroom and sounded like a rocket! Bathroom exhaust was also super loud and had a combined switch with the light. (room no 9)

Perfect. Friendly staff.

Staff went above when one of them gave me a charger to borrow because my phone was dead. They also let us have the room earlier to get ready for a wedding and that was great.

No coffee in morning. But if we were thinking we should of got it the night before and could have microwaved it in the morning.

Great location and great for a stay visiting Wasaga beach.

Location is ideal, and staff are very friendly / helpful. Good shared facilities (BBQs, sitting areas) for guests.

Room was fine if a bit noisy (refrigerator). Washroom was small, and a bit awkward for us older people (seniors ;-) ).

Fairly nice hotel we would visit again

Clean nicely decorated rooms. Friendly owner who gave us information about the area and allowed us to check in early. Short walk to the beach.

Mattresses in the room were a bit hard and air conditioner didn’t seem to be working well. We were only staying one night though so we didn’t make a complaint.

Comfortable, Simple Accommodations

Small but comfortable rooms. Away from the main beach so it was quieter at night which is what we wanted. Wasaga can get crazy at night in the summer. Only needed the one night. Ideal for that. Proprietor was super friendly and welcoming. Gave us options for rooms.

Room was a bit smaller than expected. We were doing a triathlon and only had the one bike this time. We’d normally have two and the room would have been a bit tight to accommodate both.

A lot of outdoor sitting on the property, very kid friendly.

Wasn't anything that I "didn't like", just maybe they could add a few more pillows and some extra toilet paper in the room.

Clean, comfortable, friendly motel in Wasaga!

The friendly and helpful staff, the attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the comfortable atmosphere and room configuration (kitchenette, 3 beds, a/c, quiet and comfortable sleep, outdoor lounge space/bbq area), easy drive to our family reunion in Wasaga Beach made this a great night away for our family!
