Wonderful

Location was great, in a less crowded area and still close to many activities. Staff was amazing and always responded in a timely manner.

Very happy, plan to go back with my family. The location was everything!! The staff was so helpful!

The staff was incredible, the space was clean and it felt safe.

Some of the people staying there seemed a little sketchy, but everyone minded their own business.

We had a nice weekend at the beach with hotel SOL being in a nice, walkable beachfront location.

The pool area and courtyard were nice. The hotel is beachfront so location is great. Unfortunately, before we checked out on Sunday, a maintenance worker was using a very loud blower to blow sand off of the beachfront patio and sand was flying everywhere with the wind.

The room was very small and the window did not let in much light. Felt a little bit like a cave.

Cleaning staff sat outside our room early morning and woke us up speaking loudly. They were sitting on a wall eating and being so loud. It would've been nice to sleep in on vacation.

Needed to cancel reservation due to being in hospital and declined request, was given 48 hour notification. Sent daughter instead. Not happy having to spend money and not being able to enjoy trip!!!

I would stay again, nice place with good staff

Staff was very helpful, beach and pool were great, there were grills available which we used one night. We were in a kitchen unit and the kitchen was nicer than some homes, would be good if you were staying long term.

There was no real storage for clothing or bathroom essentials. We did speak with them and they are planning to add some storage.

The area was nice

You have a gentleman that works in the evening that is very rude, just asked for towels, and he scoffed! When I checked in, I put a card on file, I was told it would charge and refund since the rooms were already paid for, instead she charged me, so she lied. I let them know beforehand I had service animals, I brought shot records, certificates, harness, leash and crated them, and still was called a liar and told they were an issue, then charged after I left, telling me I cleaned up after them, when they weren’t out in the room. If they took the time, they would see a child spilled orange juice and it got wiped up, not dog urine, service dogs are trained. The sheets were stained, and there was mold on fold up couch, and elevator inspection was out of date.

The look and feel of Hotel Sol was perfect. When I I book a place, relying on photos, reviews and websites, I'm never sure what to expect and am often disappointed. Not here. Exceed all my expectations. Peaceful, relaxing, gorgeous. I'll recommend to everyone!

The waves might have been better for body surfing.

Great location, clean, friendly staff.

We love the room we had, it is the same one we had last year. It is the perfect location! The door still gets stuck but that isn't a big deal. We love how close our room was to the beach! Staff was friendly,especially the gentleman that works the evening shift. The pool always looks crystal clear!!! That is so important to me.

The parking is difficult, even though there is parking across the street to unload all our stuff we were blocking the parking lot. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about that so we understand. The water pressure in our room wasn't great or maybe it is the shower head but again this is just a minor issue. Overall we were very happy.
