Disappointed

Had a lake view suite, nice gym

Far too expensive; website stated a $100 damage deposit, front desk charged a surprise $250 damage upon arrival. Luckily we had that amount. Better off with a standard and much cheaper hotel. Will not be returning in the future.

It’s was ok for few days stay

Close to the beach

Looks much better outside that inside . Bad small when we came in . Very little outlets in the room . No microwave. No breakfast.

Wonderful. We will come back next year

I loved the location of the hotel. Being right in the water was very nice. I love the town of Gimli. Everyone all the shop owners are so friendly.

So beautiful Lake view!

The food was very tasty, and the dishes were so big!

They definitely need bigger Restaurant.

Met basic expectations. We miss the "sweet deal" that was available sometime ago.

The facility is showing it's age

Sink tap handle difficult to use, the screen in the patio door came off track almost with each use. One of the matterses had a visible depression (there was two double beds we used only one).

Very good

Room.was very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Location is great

Small bottle of water costs 2.25. Pretty expensive. At least upgrade the machines so you can tap your bank card. The Pier bar was closed for a private function the whole day/night.

Lovely

Very good

Nice location with good views over Lake Winnipeg. Good bar and cafe. Did not try dining room. During season plenty of restaurants in centre.

Nothing not to like if you are looking for sun, lake and sand.

It’s comfortable, the staff are friendly.

It locates right on the side of Gimli Beach, definitely good spot for summer activities.

The bathroom need a little repairs for bathtub and the tab.

location nice but much too high priced for average accommodations that was also not clean. has much better for less.

I was charged much more at the site than Booking.can m stated in their site!!! even with taxes included was about $50 more! tried to get a hold of Booking.con but no response: First time this happened. took screen shot of prices for n your website and even with tax included was charged much more?! told manager there but he said to get in touch with you?! not impressed!

Pleasant

The beach and the paths along it were wonderful. The town was nice and the people there were very warm and friendly.

There was no breakfast provided. That was surprising, considering the cost.

Staff very friendly. The restaurant was absolutely wonderful with great food & service.

It does need some updating & renovation.

Hotel is right on the beach - location is good

Unfortunately, the hotel badly needs a renovation. It is dark and dreary and very dated. The elevator smelled like stale smoke. The hotel is priced too high considering this.

The location of the hotel is very good with beach and city views. Lots of parking spots for hotel guests.

The hotel, especially rooms, needs renovation. Everything was worn out!

We knew knew what to expect & the weather cooperated…so it was perfect for me💕

Our room was comfortable, we had a lovely view

It’s a great place… it’s just needing updating. Carpets seem old, furniture is stained & chipped & our hook behind the bathroom door fell off. But our fridge worked & we were pretty comfortable. The room coffee is terrible…. Sorry 😞

Will not be back to this facility for anything.

Other than restaurant was there. 2 large gatherings where in restaurant and created longer than expected for meal. Fish could of been fresher Other than being freezer burnt.

Dust in room, screen broken to deck. Room too hot to sleep in and air purifier not cleaned and created asthma to flair up for both of us.
