Everything was okay
Except the fact that there were no life jackets for kids at the pool and that I asked for a baby cot but was given a play pen with no mattress instead.
4.2
The staff were kind and accommodating. They made sure we had clear instructions on everything we should know without having to ask.
Room was clean and inviting. We were very comfortable here. Beds and pillows A+
The room could have used a microwave.

Room was spacious, clean and up to date
Room could have had a microwave
4.2
The room the staff were very rude and not likeable when I check in was greeted very good and when check out was even worse the staff asked another guest how was her stay she never acknowledged me
I think as an elder and a Indengious woman it was an insult to me my daughter and our culture
Never felt so unwelcome in my life
I hated the way the service at the front desk checking in and checking out so dis respectable
4.2
I like the room, it’s spacious and well lit. The pool is well maintained plus the breakfast buffet serves variety of delicious food
After a long drive from Calgary, We arrived at 2:50pm in the location. We were greeted by the front desk agent with a stone faced attitude. There was No Welcome or any Hi. I approached the lady, saying we have a reservation for the night. She asked for my ID, then she narrated the hotel policy, only she could understand. I could only say Okay.
I bet she’s tired for the day, but if she’s knew where we drove from, she’d know that we’re very tired too.
A full customer service class refresher could help the lady succeed on her job, if not she’s won’t be any good.
4.2
Breakfast was good!
Horrible stay in the hotel room ...Next door dogs were barking all night for the 3 nights we stayed and Hotel Manager basically did nothing for us !
4.2
Breakfast was very good. Location was fine.
It would have been nice to know in advance that the lobby and lounge were undergoing renovations as we had looked forward to having food and cocktails in the evening.
4.2
We really liked the room layout that was beyond a standard hotel room. The couches were nice.
The pool had too much chlorine in it.
4.2
The rooms were spacious, clean, and functional: the staff was kind and courteous; the location is a short distance from WEM; and the complementary breakfast had an excellent selection of different foods.
They do have feather pillows, which I am allergic to. However, if you request non-feather pillows, they will accommodate you.
4.2
Clean and easy to Navigate
4.2
The spacious room and the breakfast buffet.
There’s no microwave in the room, and if you’re staying on the higher floors, you will have to go down at the lobby on the main floor just to heat up foods.
4.2
food was great, room was excellent. Staff were excellent.
4.2
Breakfast is good
theres no assitance with the luggage. We have a baby
4.2
Driving distance to medical center, restaurants and the mall.
The beds are too low to the ground. Not enough handicapped parking and no walkable restaurants or shopping close by.
4.2
Very spacious room. Comfortable beds. Sparkly clean. The hotel was full but it was quiet. Couldn't hear neighbours or outside traffic. Complimentary breakfast options were plentiful. Elevators are quick too. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
No complaints!
4.2
That there was accommodation for all of us and there were trolleys for all our luggage! All in all the trip was great.
Only complaint of ours was that there was not enough handicap parking for my grandmother (and the handicap parking that was available was taken by oil rig workers, we told the front desk but they unfortunately didn't do anything really)
4.2
Easily accessible and clean
It would be nice if there was free coffee in the lobby during the day and not just at breakfast time. I asked for some milk to put in my tea in my room during the evening but they said they couldn’t get me any but I could buy a bottle for $3.50
4.2
It was in a good location
Our bed was extremely squeaky. As well as as soon as I checked in an employee put a 900 dollar hold on my credit card when I called to make sure I could pay via another method. The fridge also barely worked.
4.2
close to everything
4.2
Location, breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly. Easy check in.
Glass doors in the bathroom, I am up early and the light was coming through our room
4.2
Clean rooms, extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating. Nice hotel with a newer and clean feel.
4.2
Room was very nice with ample space. Bed was comfortable to sleep in
The air conditioning wasn't cool enough to beat the heat. The fan doesn't run continuously and this has made the situation even worse.
4.2
Clean and nice size rooms
Wish it had a sit down restaurant, however there were some close by
4.2
Close to west edmonton mall

Breakfast is good
They charge me for an early check in even if I received email that I will not be charged for it

The pool area is a lot of fun for kids but also very crowded. Breakfast was good but expensive unless you're a hefty eater.
Room service was okay.
The gym was well equipped.
The hotel is in need of repairs.. had to be moved rooms due to mold spots and badly damaged walls. Only for the room next to it to be basically just as bad.
The bathroom wasn't very clean but they do make your beds daily? Small plus..
Hot water would literally take ages for it to reach our room... The front desk manager said to run all my taps at once? What year is this??
Had to hold the drain plug open just to drain the bath every. Single. Time. Until it was fully empty( the tubs are massive too!!) Another small plus I guess..
The basement pool was down for repairs twice while we were there.. one of them was very bad, a light socket inside the pool shorted out and launched the bulb across the room. Luckily nobody was injured..
The dinner buffet was not good. Slimey pasta and bland pizza.
The front entrance is missing something to alleviate the icy conditions so the tile is very dangerous..
Overall I expected much more from a 4 star, staple of Calgary hotel...
4.2
Nice rooms and good breakfast
My reservation online was messed up to the wrong month, my fault for not double checking, but once at the property, they gave me a room but for a very expensive price, nearly $250 for one night, I was shocked. I was so tired after driving for 5hrs I just paid it.
I felt like being a Hyatt member, and staying with the same property many times before counted for nothing. I was not impressed.
we will have to see if I stay there again or not next time…
4.2
The included breakfast was the best breakfast I have EVER experienced at any hotel! Everything was fresh, there were a lot of options depending on what you were craving to eat, and the dining area was very clean and comfortable! The rooms were very large and clean, and it was a very relaxing stay.
