Location. Walking distance to the Palace of Fine Arts. A short drive to major attractions.

Very nice place to stay at in SF

The room was very nice, with a nice view over SF and the golden gate bridge. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was good.

The toilet was very loose and the water was constantly flowing into the toilet in a small stream making noise. Not a big deal and not a lot of water but you could fix that for water saving reasons.

Nice and quiet. Great staff

Just the people staying next door to us for one night was so loud running around after each other drunk, shouting and locking each other out of the apartment and then banging on the front door to get back in. Weirdos

Value for money. Bathroom was ok, nice pressure on the showers, beds were reasonbly comfortable.

Disgusting smell all over the inn, including our bedroom. Cockroachs roaming around. Awful isolation as we could hear absolutely everything from other rooms and on the streets.

It was dirty and very loud (although the description says "sound-proof" rooms). Moreover, it was in an edgy and dark neighborhood and there were homeless people living on the premises of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were very happy with our stay. One of the best motels that we stayed at during our roadtrip. Nice, clean room, air condition, comfortable bed, perfect central location for a night out or dinner. Lovely!

Convenient location.

Arrived to see bullet holes in the reception glass. The hallways stank of urine and the front door entry smelled of dog poo. The room was small and dingy. Only 10 parking spaces so they fill up quickly. We stayed 3 nights, the last night there was a crowd banging, jumping, screaming, beating each other up until 3am. We called reception and nothing was done. Not the nicest area, many homeless people asking for money as soon as you leave the hotel. Okay if your in a jam.. but not the best.

It has parking. Heater was warm.

Dirty overall feeling (stains on towels, hair in bed, "residue" in toilet, etc.). Can't adjust shower temp without being burnt. Horrible pillows. No stopper in sink. Nasty white "stuff" in parking lot ground.

the staff was rude & he accused me of smoking weed & that was pleasant at all. this the first time I had to deal with that issue. manager threaten me that he’ll take my $250 deposit. As soon as he asked me to run the deposit through in the first place I already knew it was sketchy.

Affordable, convenient and comfortable.

Small, budget room. Very comfortable and clean. Bed was great and the bathroom was big, clean and well stocked. Location was perfect. Close to the venue for show I was attending and close to some lovely locations (Ghiradelli, Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach)

I was satisfied overall. No real complaints. Could have used a working hairdryer, but it wasn't a make or break. All in all, it was a good room for the price. Affordable, comfortable and convenient.
