Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Nothing

No one ever answered the phone or messages in the facility. When we checked in we went to the room and there was a man spraying bugs in the room. We left. When we returned there were still bugs. Room didn’t seem clean. Terrible.

Would have been better if the fees were more transparent

Close to the nice beaches of the Northwest Coast.

There are fees and taxes added to your booking. The whole process is not really transparent, I ended up paying 250 dollars more than I initially had assumed I'd pay, with the same money I could have stayed at a better place in a better location

Great location! Unit clean, spacious and helpful staff!

Excellent location, we just walked out to the beach and had a great time surfing! Unit very clean, spacious, everything well equipped and handy. Beautiful view! Staff provides excellent service. Everything is just awesome! Can’t wait to come back!

Very Comfortable, Close to the Beach

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was fully stocked with towels, body soap, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, etc. I love how the beach was just right across the street, which was perfect for my workout and “vitamin sea.”

Not walking distance to any stores and restaurants but that’s OK since we had a rental car.

If you don’t have an alternative this hotel is passable but otherwise, I’d pass.

The villa was really spacious and it had a nice garden area. Also, having a full kitchen and the washer/dryer inside the apartment was really convenient.

I found a couple of hairs on the toilet and the bath tub needs an urgent renovation. The overall cleanliness of the room could definitely improve. The common areas were non existent and there weren’t any ‘resort’ activities (although they keep advertising them). The staff wasn’t necessarily rude but also didn’t seem they cared much about our stay. If you don’t have an alternative this hotel is passable but otherwise, I’d pass.

Bad experience in an unclean room

The location.

This room looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned well in a while. And during times of covid you would think this wouldn’t be the case. The refrigerator was so dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The coffee maker had coffee grounds inside from the last guest and seemed to be broke by the time I got to use it. The furniture and bedding felt grimey. I would not recommend this place if cleanliness is a priority to you.

The size of the unit. The free parking.

Very old, urgent need for updating The hot water didn’t work- maintenance was immediately sent to solve the problem Wifi stopped working after one night. Maintenance couldn’t solve the issue. We were without wifi for the entire stay. Air conditioning only in the living room. The bedroom is unventilated.

We owned a unit here years ago and were comfortable here, except for the difficulty with the terrain

You should advise guests at the time of reservation that the property is 'hillside' and some extra effort for handicapped and/or seniors may be required to get to the units.

Was fantastic, would book again!

I loved the location. It was fantastic. The size of the hotel was great as well.

The upstairs bedroom didn't get much of the air conditioning.

Very good

The room was so big, the back deck opened into a garden area. There was a washer/dryer and beach towels.

The office closed at 5, that made check in a little inconvenient.

The Kahana Villa made for the best family vacation.

The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with all the amenities (Full Kitchen, washer and dryer). It was perfect for our family of 5.

Lovely stay, would stay here again!

I really appreciated that, though not large, the single units were spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I also LOVED that a great snorkeling beach was just across the street! :)

Very Good Stay, will return when the chance allows.

The condo was very nice and clean, having the kitchen was a bonus. The close proximity to Kahana Beach, was also a plus, for strolling in the morning and evening and quick scenic dips The facility was well kept and the staff (housekeeping & front desk), were very cordial and freindly.

Wasn’t what we were promised, an ocean view. When we got there they didnt have our reservation and had to sit out in our rented car on the phone for nearly a full hour to correct someone’s error.

Never saw the breakfast Loved walking to the beach!! The lady in the little store, Dee Russell was awesome!

We had a view of the back of a house. when we were told we had a view No one ever came to clean the time we were there Should have more contact with front desk, in case of emergency ie: lost key, etc (we did not have any)

A great stay and would stay again.

Good location, close to all you would want. Beach across the road, pool and spa just outside the door, shops and restaurants near by.

The check in process was complex. We arrived after hours. It took about 45mins to get sorted out. Turned out the batteries in the key safe went flat, so the safe wasn't working. It took so long to get a person to come and sort out. I'm sure they have changed the batteries now.
