People were kind. The room other than the carpet were nice and clean
First room bed mattress was so thin it was hard, and the carpets were very spotted/dirty.

I love the kindness at the front desk and how clean the room was.
Wasn’t crazy about the parking lot

friendly staff
The tv couldn’t connect to the internet so we couldn’t watch other channels. But the one channel on was an Adam Sandler all day movies so it wasn’t much of a loss (I enjoy his movies)!

A waffle iron but no batter. A water dispenser, empty. No instructions on the coffee maker.
I had a medical appointment in the early a.m., so we drove up to the area the evening before to avoid being in rush hour traffic in the San Francisco area, thinking we could get a good night's sleep. We got virtually no sleep. The bed was terrible; the pillows (made of some fiber) hard as bricks. Every move on the bed created a groaning noise. Not only was the bed and bedding awful, but the room heater/ac did not work properly. The fan was supposed to run continuously, but ran only intermittently and was quite loud.when it came on. Although the windows and door muted the road noise, we could still hear the trains running through across the street as well as some motorcycles and trucks.

The location was great.
Over all the room was not clean. The bathroom was really bad. I would not stay here again.

I liked everything about the stay! I had thought that the location on busy El Camino might mean it would be noisy but that was not the case. the double windows really kept it quiet! Room was very clean, and I loved my shower, if it was low flow you could have fooled me. It was a real pleasure to stay there and the location was ideal for me. It's my go to place when i'm staying in the area from now on!
honestly, I couldn't find fault with anything

room next door was loud and fell asleep with TV blaring.

The room was okay, no complaints.
I was supposed to have a breakfast included in the price of my room. The breakfast area was not open on time and all there was were dry bagels and cereal so I asked for a refund, enough for me to buy breakfast elsewhere but the staff was clueless. They couldn’t even tell me how much the room cost.

One of the most comfortable rooms I have stayed in. Exceptionally clean. For its location, the noise factor was minimal.
only one complaint: the cooling and heating unit did not work. It was stuck on blasting frigid air at the highest setting. My only option was to unplug it, but since I checked in later in the evening, it was no problem.

The staff was friendly & helpful
For starts, they set us up with a room that was already occupied ~awkward, we bugged the people staying in that room.. so they gave us a different room & it reeked of bleach! Ok, thanks for cleaning, but yuck! We could barely breathe in there!
The ratings on Booking.com didn’t match our experience.

good location. a bit noisy in the morning with a train close by.

Housekeeping does a good job of cleaning and the front desk person was friendly
Stained towels, peeling wallpaper. Broken sink, door frames cracked and chipped.
Almost no parking, had to park in alley parking. No bottled water. Broken vending machine. Just not a place to stay unless desperate. Regretful choice.
4.0
convenient location for my needs
it’s rather dated, some improvements but some obvious things like replacing old crusty shower head in my room
