Will never stay there again

Pool area was best part of hotel, bed was comfortable

Room was not as clean as should be; sheets were cheap and wrinkled; there was a total of two small drawers and a small half-rack to hang clothes; upon check-in there no regular coffee/tea supplies, only decaf, 1 paper cup, 1 creamer, etc.

Clean, renovated, spacious and great room layout!!

None of the charges worked in the room Bathtub drain was rusting Shower curtain instead of fixed glass doors

Meu quarto ficava no 3a andar onde foi totalmente reformado, tudo era novinho. No meu quarto a vista era para o estacionamento, tinha 2 camas de casal (tamanho normal), frigobar, cafeteira e mimos extras como shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido e em barra. Todos os dias era feita a limpeza com trocas de toalhas, arrumação das camas, limpeza em geral e reposição de capsulas para cafeteira. O hotel fornece água como cortesia e você tem que pegar na recepção. Academia tem 3 esteiras, 2 transports, 1 bicicleta e pesos livres até 50 libras. Tem toalhas e bebedouro, quebra um galho. A área da piscina é bem bonita, tem toalhas a sua disposição e nos finais de semana fica uma funcionária com um carrinho oferendo snacks e água como cortesia. Estacionamento é grátis e tem muitas vagas. Pedi um late checkout e fui atendida, fiquei muito grata com o hotel, que demonstrou gentileza e respeito com os viajantes. Pela primeira vez que fico gostei muito.

I came to town to visit with friends, but I prefer to stay at a nice hotel then at someone's home.

The front desk supervisor/manager was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help with what little hiccups I came across. Everyone was very professional and nice. I will stay here when I return.

I had issues with my first room because the toilet water would not stop running. I was moved to another room the following morning and that room had a bad smell (confirmed by the chief engineer who came to the room), so I was moved the following morning to another room which was very comfortable.

Renovations coming along nicely; hotel will be super once completed and the restaurant re-opens,

Pool area excellet. renovation coming along very well. Nice, friendly staff.

Pillows a bit lumpy and hard for my taste. Gym suffiecient but as it is small I can see how it might get crowded at times. No microwave in room. I did not like the coffee in the room.

Extremely disappointed in the room- it was not worth $442

The room had no usb ports; the bathroom fan was incredibly loud; coffee had to be plugged in the bathroom; could not raise the shades. It was a $125 room for $442. I was a Marriott owner from 1993 until 2019-the room was a disappointment- good luck with your renovations.

Superb

beautiful property. well designed and up kept.

the only issue we had were the lack of outlets in the room. we could not find a location to plug in the coffee maker. we finally moved a small and place the coffee maker across the room from the counter space and next to the bed. also the exhaust fan in the bathroom apparently only makes noise as it does not draw in any air. so, except for the fact you hired bad electricians the property is great!!

Not a good experience

The location was good and the bed was comfortable.

The service was terrible, I had to call the front desk to get the room cleaned up. During 2 days they did not even pick up the trash. The staff was sometimes good and others just bad service. The hotel did not have the pool available and no kitchen, so therefore there was no option for breakfast or room service.
