Bueno, pero con alfombra

Muy amplio y las áreas verdes hermosas. La alberca y el jacuzzi muy bien. El baño de la alberca no debería pedir tarjeta del hotel.

Lo malo es que tiene alfombra y hace insalubre el lugar. Encontré algunos bichos, saliendo de la alfombra. Y deberían tener sal, o restaurante.

Great stay but we felt we were overcharged compared to what other companies were charging.

Didn't go for breakfast. Location of resort was great. Condo was a great size, beds were comfy, kitchen was well supplied.

Expensive and you wouldn't price match the same condo we found on Air BnB. There was a $2100 difference, that's huge and unacceptable really. Next time I will research the prices more carefully.

furnishings in room were "tired". furniture was worn appearing and commercial-not cozy. We moved the couch closer to the coffee table and TV to make a comfotable sitting area for 4, and there was a large pile of dried vomit on the floor underneath the couch-We cleaned it up ourselves becuase we did not want to wait for managment/housekeeping and tried to forget about it.

Review written 11/4/22 while I was still at the property: I am currently staying at the Wyndham in Kona HI and can’t believe the horrible state of the rooms here. We arrived on Sunday for an 8 night stay to celebrate my dad’s birthday and was surprised to see the poor quality of our room. The shower is disgusting and looks like it needs to be bleached or completely redone. The sofa, chairs and carpet have stains. Last night my dad accidentally locked his bathroom (it’s a button you can accident press). We called the front desk and was informed they couldn’t get anyone to come out so we would have to share a bathroom until the morning??!! My father has a lower limb amputation and several medical conditions and needed access to his meds in the bathroom. Thankfully the security guard found a tool that my husband was able to use to unlock the door. Despite all of this we decided to tough it out for the next few days but tonight was the last straw. I just opened the draw in the bathroom where I have my toiletries and a roach ran out!!!! Beyond unacceptable. I cannot believe that this place is under the Wyndham brand.

Good central location

A bit outdated and salesperson rather pushy regarding timeshare purchase. Sounded as if lots of deals and discounts were tied to purchase of timeshare. Had to request receipt of payment day after check-in.

Needed to walk across the grass to get to the unit from the closest parking

Highly Recommended. Would Absolutely Stay Here Again

Property is Clean. Unit Central Air is cool and quiet. Beds are very comfortable. appliances (including washing machine and dryer) all work. Quiet location. kids loved the pool and “rock formation” hot tub. no additional charge for parking. master bath has two sinks. spacious balcony has dining table - which was great after a long day of adventures or for breakfast.

Location is 25 min walk from downtown Kona. wish it was a little closer but enjoyed the quiet. All in about usd 560 per night which is a little pricey but maybe I still getting used to 2022 inflation

We loved the space and the balcony. Very comfortable! Beautiful unit!

No housekeeping. We had to call if we needed anything. They were responsive but I hated having to call for more washcloths and towels. I also hated there was no TV in our bedroom.
