Pas bon

Grand espace grand lit convient aux famille jusqu’à 6 personnes éclairage .

Des draps sales avec du sang , machine à laver qui marche pas , dérangement de bon matin avec deux réparateur de machine disant qu’ils ont envoyé un msg alors qu’on était pas prévenu. Le parterre très sale et l’équipement de cuisine est très limitée….

Sehr gut gelegenes Apartment im Herzen von Montreal. Gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Schöne Einrichtung.

Besteck und Geschirr könnten ein kleines Upgrade vertragen, war aber grundsätzlich alles da.

Location is amazing and the room was very clean

When I arrived there were other people in my room. I didn’t receive any support from the staff, I had to exchange the room with the customers who were occupying my room.

Amazing 3 bed suite, that met our needs perfectly. Would definitely book again.

From the smell, the linens on the bed, the fact there was ice cubes in the freezer ready for us...the night light by the bed, the cleanliness, and ease of check in was awesome.

The shower head needs just to be soaked with CLR. It was spraying a bit erratically a bit and I couldn't adjust cause I was too short to reach. I wish there was a parking lot associated to the hotel or option for paid parking out front.

Застаріла кухня . Посудомийка розвалюється - приходили ремонтувати та не допомогли ,прийшлось підпирати стільцем щоб не откривалася . Шафи не тримаються - коли відкриваєш не держаться треба щоб хтось допомагав коли хочеш щось дістати

Comfortable stay, good location, you get what you pay for.

Located right next to the Notre Dame, Waterfont and with easy access to lots of cafés and restaurants in Old Montreal. The property was clean and just like how it was in the pictures.

No access to additional sheets/pillows. We witnessed a two homeless people who had passed out in front of the door to the hotel which is inside the main building’s door. This made us a little uncomfortable as we were three women staying at the property, we were out quite late and this made it inconvenient to step out and back in. Luckily for us, the next day we had the downstairs shop owner look out for us and ensured we were safe and could get back into our hotel safely.

Will stay here again!

Very spacious, had a kitchen, private bedroom plus 2 extra beds. This was essentially a condo converted to a hotel.

Parking was unavailable. Had to park in a garage overnight. 2 min walk from the hotel.

Très bon emplacement mais appartement sale et mobilier en mauvais état.

L'établissement est très bien situé. La récupération des clés est très simple et efficace. L'appartement est grand.

L'appartement n'était pas propre, les ustensiles de cuisines étaient gras, il y avait des toiles d'araignées au plafond, certains mobiliers étaient abimés, il manquait un store dans le salon. De plus, les photos ne correspondent pas à l'état actuel de l'appartement.

Great spacious location.

The location was great within walking to a metro station, restaurants and many attractions. Very spacious with great kitchen facilities and much needed air-conditioning. Host quick to respond to message queries.

The view and the lack of a washing machine. We had a room at the rear, so looking out on to a back street and warehousing along with the pigeons. Also some of the sockets were damaged and it would have been possible to put small fingers inside. No hosts on site??

Excelente ubicación, cerca de atracciones turísticas, lugares de comida, estación del metro, plazas comerciales, etc. lugar cómodo y personal atento en todo momento.

Décevant pour la chambre 301.

L’emplacement à côté de la basilique est magique.

Cet chambre 301 est certainement oubliée car les autres appartements sont certainement fabuleux. Elle n’est pas nettoyée à fond (poussière dans les coins, table salle à manger avec des traces, tapis au sol pas l’air propre). Les équipements cassés ne sont pas changés entre chaque location (poignée de la porte de douche, plaque de cuisson). Il faut approcher la télécommande pour changer les chaînes de la TV. On attend les pas des voisins, les lits ne sont pas confortables.

Amazing location but lack of cleanliness

Room size Upon entering my room, I was suprised with how spacious the room is with a high ceiling and beautiful brick wall. It also have a big kitchen and living room. Location The location is incredible as it is located very close to Notre Dame, Science Centre, restaurants and bar. Even tho it is right in the centre of Old Montreal, there is barely any noise from the outside. Oh, and metro station is 6 minutes walking distance. Big kitchen Great to prepare food if you do not want to buy food all the time. They provided pots and pans and also washing and dryer as well. Check in and out The process is very smooth and you can message the hotel and get a reply fast.

Cleanliness - Every now and then, the bathroom smells like septic tank. - Some pans in the cabinet were previously used and not cleaned as there was thick coating of yellow grease and other food stuff stuck on it. - Fridge smells a little bit funny - Sofa is not clean at all Beddings I found it weird how they use flat sheet as fitted sheet, then another 2 flat sheet as duvet cover. No Microwave The Window This is more for family with kids. Please be careful with the window as the windows in my room were floor to sort of ceiling windows, which was amazing. When I opened my window, there's no safety railing or balcony. Parents need to make sure that your kids do not play around the window as they may open the window and fall.

Location and room were great but there were some other issues

The location was great and the room was huge. We loved the classic French windows and were able to see the streets. The instruction to collect key was clear and the room was equipped with everything including basic kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer.

The building front door and hotel door were never locked. During our stay, we have seen homeless eating and sleeping in the hallway which was pretty concerning. There's also no extra set of towel and blanket in the room. We stayed there for 4 nights but the host only provided 2 towels. For some reason, we were not able to message the host over booking; so we ended up calling them and the response we got was to use washer and dryer. But there's no detergent in the room. And it's a bit ridiculous to ask people staying in a hotel to wash their towels... We ended up buying detergent and left in the room hoping next rounds of guests can use them or not! There's also no baggage storage after you checked out.

Unbelievable location, good basic apartment

You absolutely cannot beat the location. I found the bed to be quite comfortable, but I like a firm bed. It was nice to have the extra space and kitchen.

Attention to cleaning could be better (there was a food stain on the couch that I was able to clean up with a wet paper towel). No microwave and no coffee/tea supplied. Walls and some furniture were a bit dinged. Main entrance is unlocked during the day, which allowed some unhoused folks to take shelter in the elevator vestibule (two people at separate times during one day of my stay).

Location, location, location. Could not be any closer to the center of old Montreal. The apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, overall very happy.

The location was perfect. Close to most of the things we wanted to do and restaurants/shopping we did. Felt very safe. The host didn't but us, only contacted us through email which was nice.

Could have used an area to hang out comfortably in but had to give that up for the 3 beds that were available and worked great. A little noisy from neighbors upstairs and next door. Also could use more places to hang towels.

A great place to stay in Montréal

We absolutely loved the location! Very central to everything we needed. Easy access, very smart key/lock system and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Host responded well to any questions or concerns we had. The entryway and hallways were tastefully decorated; loved the style of the paintings! We loved the cleanliness and most of all, the comfort. The beds were comfortable and the washroom, and all parts of the apartment, were very clean. Loved the shampoos and soaps available to use! The layout was great, a wonderful place to go for extended stays- many places for storage! We liked that there was a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer right in the apartment ! Would definitely stay there again!!

Stovetop was broken, but we didn't need to use it. Some outlet plates were broken (didn't look very nice). The shower door was missing the bottom part, a towel was ripped, but taken care of, and we could not get access to anything on TV or any of the stations like Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. (not really important because we were there to see Montréal)
