The staff were polite. The hotel was not clean.

Central location only. Close to everything.

The AC was out in the common areas- lobby, pool. The place was overall dirty the elevator buttons and floor, the pool had food and trash on the patio, my room had visible treatment for pest, a pair of underwear was left behind the TV stand, there was mold under the TV. We did not stay. I wasn't comfortable and very unsatisfied with the accomodations.

Horrible to they kicked me out

There were cockroaches in the room so I asked for a new room and they told if I wasn’t satisfied then I can go to another hotel they refunded my money and sent me on my way

The pool stays open until 10 and breakfast is amazing

Staff was amazing.. I booked 2 rooms 1 was not in good standing and the other was exceptionally clean. At the end of it all we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Quality Inn.

This place has went down hill, the breakfast was not good the? Bathroom flooding the smell of cigarettes and weed on eve

It was close to our location

Our bathroom flooded over night woke up to water everywhere had to move rooms after being at a wrestling tournament all day it was absolutely ridiculous. The first bedroom we stayed in had someone’s dirty underwear just laying on the microwave, every single sheet had what look like blood or Takis stains all over them the ice machine didn’t work at all.

Everything, dirty, cockroach in the sink, floor, bathroom, bad bed, paid for a king bed was 2 dirty twin boxsprings base with a king mattress, sink in the middle, We were staying 2 nigths end up checking out next day. Breakfast área dirty, with cockroachs, the server dropped the spoon for the gritts and pick it up and barely rinsed out.

i hated the staff, EXTREMELY RUDE! if a question was asked, the black lady in the front would catch an attitude and just offer you to cancel the reservation. she was racist with hispanics and definitely not a professional with customer service.

The breakfast and the location.

No towels or wash clothes until Saturday night, I checked in Friday night. I killed at least four roaches in my room, mainly in the bathroom. Noise on my floor all night,people running in the hallways.

This hotel could be a great place to recommend someone else if it was cleaned properly and kept up.

The breakfast was ok and the staff was very nice. The outside patio was inviting. The location was decent

The fact that I had to fix the plumbing on the sink in my room. My wife had to wipe down the walls and doors because they were really dirty and the toilet was inoperative. We drove 15 hours to get there and ended up doing work in our room and had to use the bathroom in the lobby. This was all unexpected .

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. First off they charged us $100 more than what was posted on book

There wasn’t anything we liked about our stay.

The property smelled like weed and vomit, the rooms had no linens and the tv in the room was broken. Our fridge didn’t keep things cold because it was broken and our AC just dripped water all over the carpet in the room making it smell like mold and mildew.

While sleep a roach was crawling on me I flung it off me in the middle of the night. I was disturbed

Nothing! The free breakfast was ok and the guy at receptionist was nice he was new

The room was dirty. Bathroom had piss on the bottom of the toilet it smelled really rank and foul. Their was still food in the fridge from the previous person. Roaches crawling in the wall I saw two visibly that I killed. The breakfast was cool and the receptionist !

My stay at this hotel was unpleasant and I would never stay there again.

The location if the hotel was perfect. The rooms were spacious.

The morning staff and kitchen staff was rude. There were fights in the hotel, people rumming up and down the hallways. When security was called the never came. It was an unpleasant stay. The general manager Mahogany said she would compensate my stay with 20,000 that I have yet to receive.

I was supposed to got the room with the hot tub and didn't get it. I paid extra for it too and didn't get reimbursed for it.

It was more like a 2. Star motel With a bad older in the room

The smoke odor in the room that was supposed to be a non-smoker stains on the spot on the Pull out couch stains on bed coverinwas afraid to sit on it

The room was dirty, no trash can in the room, did not get room that I picked on booking the bed was so uncomfortable the room had an odor ac was noisy.
