Thanks for the upgrade. Beautiful view
Carpet in the common area of the spa Villa leading to my suite need replacing.

Views. Balcony.
Lack of information about surrounding area. Restaurant.

Good hospitality. Spacious suite. Very comfortable bed.
Poor room layout, some windows without shades, no bedside table or reading light on one side, tv hookups on one wall with no tv, fireplace that didn't face anything, only one luggage rack.

Everything! The room was beautiful with an amazing view, the pool and lounge decks were great as well
Nothing! Very very happy with our stay

Long waits for meal orders to arrive. epensive

The view was exceptional in the room! I really enjoyed the room and the indoor pool with the view!
The restaurant took 1 hr and 36 mins to serve our food, even though we made a reservation 2 weeks in advance.

Loved the views, the location, the pet friendly suites, the spa. The friendly staff are very accommodating. Jack Weeks at the Alpina Restaurant is the best!!
A little too expensive. Wish our suite had a bath tub.

Excellent location and very clean facilities. Spacious room and wonderful views from the room and the restaurant.

Overall no real concerns with our stay

the view was fantastic!!! The staff were really attentive, professional and very welcoming! The room was fabulous so big and superbly designed.
unfortunately swimming pool was under maintenance so we missed out on this.

The setting and views were spectacular, the staff were amazing and the meal was outstanding. What a wonderful hotel!
The only thing I can think of is that the pool could have been a tad warmer

Best place we've stayed in Canada. Views, staff, and food were amazing!

I liked how remote but close (at the same time) to the city it was
the pool was way to cold to swim in for this time of year

it snowed last night, and the staff has clear the paths and roads promptly.

little help in moving luggage and no view during rainy and foggy days

The Eyrie is a special place in a wonderful location overlooking the Malahat and Finlayson Arm.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and ready to help.
We were treated well during our birthday celebration dinner for two.
The standard room was modern, well-furnished and had a fine view.
The bed was very comfortable and cosey.
We enjoyed the pool though the water was on the cool side for November
Parking was available close to reception though this might be limited at busy times
The facility itself has some limitations in its design.
This would not be suitable for people with mobility challenges as access to rooms is via stairs or outdoor walkways with steps.
The fitness facility was closed due to maintenance which could be an issue for some guests expecting it to be open.
Check-in is at 5 p.m. which is later than most places; we did arrive at 3.30 p.m. and eventually got our room at 4.30 p.m.
An earlier check in would allow guests the use of the facilities before having dinner.
Hand soap wasn't available in the bathroom and had to be requested from reception (housekeeping oversight)

A wonderful place for my girlfriends 40th, we loved the master suite and the peacefulness of the location. We’ve stayed in many of the top hotels on the island and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Eyrie as one the best for the price and location.
Everything was wonderful

The place was beautiful! Felt like a true get away.
The jets in the tub didn’t work. I booked the room specifically for the fancy tub so it was a little upsetting it didn’t work. When brought up to staff they just said they would take a look.
