Overall great location and a good spot to stay downtown Seattle

Great location, very nice staff, huge room. The hotel is a bit dated but not in a bad way - it's a vibe that we enjoyed. The place is undergoing renovations so it will be even better soon. The valet parking was worth the peace of mind, and we could leave the car there for a few hours after checking out, which was a nice touch.

The bathtub has seen some better days, and the bathroom could be updated.

Delightful and not long enough

What a wonderful stay. The room was huge - a suite not a room and huge! And the staff were just fabulous. Could not fault it, and special mention to the super comfy bed!

Only complaint would be there is no lift and I have arthritis so the 3 floor climb was hard, but not their fault.

Locatie top, het hotel viel tegen voor de prijs die wij moesten betalen

Er was geen ontbijt, en je moest 40 dollar extra betalen voor parkeren, locatie was prima vlakbij de Space Needle, personeel was vriendelijk.

Het was er allemaal oud en donker uit, de badkamer oud het keukentje oud kamer oud etc. parkeren kon alleen met valet parking wat 40 dollar extra kosten.

Stop over in Seattle

Very old Property which is In the midst of a refurb. Huge room. Big comfy beds. Separate kitchen area. Good fast wifi. Good bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and efficient

Bathroom was very tired with dirty grout.

This was a unique hotel keeping the Victorian style lobby and the upgraded rooms yet also keeping the early 1900s feel.

It is a very comfortable hotel

The hotel has a historical taste. The room is very roomy with kitchen, living room and office. The bed is very conformable. The room is very clean. Even through there is no elevator, the staff is willing to carry your luggage to your room.

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. I only stay one night.

WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR SIZE OF ROOMS, LOCATION AND VINTAGE FEEL.

SIZE OF THE ROOM, KITCHEN FACILITIES, HISTORY OF THE HOTEL. STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. GOOD LOCATION.

SQUEEKY FLOORS, BUT GIVEN THE AGE OF THE HOTEL, UNDERSTANDABLE.

There was no breakfast but there was a coffee shop in the hotel which was very good

Lighting in the corridors to dim. Furnace in the room was very loud

Located in cute neighborhood, easy to walk, restaurants on every corner. Cute lounge on the property.

Be aware no elevator in building, although this building is historical and reflects that -nice ambience, so this is the tradeoff.

Lovely!

The History of the building. The building used by Henry Ford corp. for housing engineering students.

If you don’t like the feel of staying in a hotel that represents the past then this is not for you.

Pleasant

Welcoming and cheerful staff. Thanks to Johansson and Michael! 3 min walk to grocery stores and restaurants. 10more minutes walk to space needle.

Room is spacious but old and needs ventilation. Shower faucets needs replacement.

The rooms are very large, by hotel standards. The staff is very helpful.

It appears a bit rundown. They couldn't give me a blanket when ii asked for it. They just sent me duvet covers instead.

great price and location if your doing stuff by Seattle Center. super big rooms.

i know its a heritage building but beyond normal squeaky floor. hard not to wake others up when walking around room.
