We really enjoyed how close this facility was to the Sammamish trail for biking as we were in the area for a concert and wine touring.
The front desk staff we dealt with were not as pleasant as we would have hoped. No bike locks or racks to lock bikes outside so we had to bring them in the room overnight.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was unavailable as I had to leave before 6:00 a.m. For those of us who cannot partake in the breakfast, it would be reasonable that we not be charged as part of the room price.

Very clean and updated rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was great, I usually don’t have the breakfast at hotels but there were so many options and all well cooked.
3.0
Nice hotel.
When I booked the room, the hotel write-up said "Pet Friendly". I booked a "pets" room, which I assumed was near an outside door, etc. The check in clerk had no idea what I was talking about. We were then charged $50 dollars for a one night stay with a dog. That is outrageous.

Value for money is excellent. Rooms clean, everything worked, no surprises.
Breakfast could use an update, nothing crazy but just a few more items

Nothing special
Too much from children in the pool until later hours. Our room was right by the pool. The price of $899 for the night of 7/22; $599 for 7/21 charged was way too expensive for a regular hotel room, not a resort. I was quoted a rate of $241/night for my stay and never was informed that the nightly rate would go that high. I never would have booked my stay had this information been made clear to me. This is very deceptive practice and one that will make me divulge my bad experience to everyone I can. I left several messages to management to call me to discuss the matter, but no response. Very unprofessional.

Beds are really comfortable
Could definitely be clearer

Good location for attending an event in Woodinville. Easily accessible from the highway, but not too close.
We were awakened at 8:00 am on Sunday morning by housekeeping. I would have had the DND hanger on the door, but we had received a text upon checking in that told us housekeeping would be provided every three days. I responded to a text asking how out stay was going expressing my dissatisfaction with this. Management's response was limited to an apology for us having received incorrect information. The bed was ok, but not great. The pillows were terrible.

breakfast was pretty limited,
inconvenient entry from parking, had to walk a long way and from parking lot to room with my baggage.
1.5
I liked that it is located adjacent to a gas station.
I didn’t like that low income people live in the hotel. There were many people low income people with kids living at that hotel with low income assistance programs.
4.5
staff really friendly, bed comfortable
the breakfast is probably good for some folks, but I cannot eat gluten, so fewer choices.
the toilet is so low, it's hard to get out of. also, the room lighting could be much better

The breakfast room was well-staffed on a busy weekend morning. Front desk staff helped us with Hotel.com's date change error on a sold-out weekend. We were very grateful. Lovely pool and outdoor areas. Good text message communication about our stay (i.e. checkout time, etc.). Bedding and towels were pretty good.
No grab bars of any kind in the shower. No towel rack, no rubber tub mat, not even a small bar on the soap dishes. I did not feel safe using the shower. Also, need more light/lamps -- especially around mirrors.

Nice large rooms and a decent breakfast, just wish there were a few more choices.
Pool was not open at the time of our stay.

as a single traveler I felt very safe

breakfast was great! room was well appointed and updated. The automated checkout was wonderful and the welcome and safe travel text was helpful!
the only thing that could have been better was the hallway aesthetics. It seemed like they did a quick fix remodel on the doors/trim that was not as professional.
2.5
pillows and bed were comfortable; location was very convenient; seating area was a nice surprise; free parking.
The room was dirty (brown sticky stuff on walls, door and carpet; trash on nightstand); fridge and air was extremely loud; dogs barking all night made it hard to sleep; was disappointed cookies were only available 1 of 3 nights.
4.5
convenient to get to. Well-maintained.

Nice to have a fitness room available. We loved the cookies
Guy who checked us in did not give me a parking pass or offer cookies.
The breakfast was bland, and the same all 3 days. You need some variety.

The location
Spa dosen't work.
Breakfast is very bad and its staff are not polite.

great location, quiet
the bedding was not very good. thicker quilt on bed and bigger pillows would be better
