Staff were friendly.
The tub didn’t drain. The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures online, very outdated, dingy.
3.4
It was a good location for the work conference I was attending. Fridge provided in the room.
Dated & tired decor. Dark rooms. The aircon was old & unusable. No shower gel or bathroom accessories provided. The Wi-Fi was poor. Bedding provided was minimal. The hot water machine wasn’t usable to make hot drinks. The gym was not open.

The location is very good , just accross the bus # 320 to NYC.
Our room had a sofa bed, confortable for my son.
Nice view from the room, the NYC skylight. Friendly staff helped my son to order pizza.
In general, the hotel looks like a motel, not appealing at all. The shower cap was rusty, the water in the bathroom sink won't drain properly. The air conditioning seems very old, it starts once in a while and it sounds like an air engine, very annoying at night. The breakfast was a dissapointment.
3.4
The staff were super nice and friendly. They honestly made you feel like they wanted you to be there and a lot of places don't do that.
The facility is kind of dated but it was comfortable.
3.4
It was clean and spacious.
1.The bathroom! The toilet is way too low. This unit will accommodate a wheelchair, and there are grab bars in the shower, BUT THE TOILET NEEDS A GRAB BAR, as it is extremely low.
2. The bed is too high for disabled people to use without someone who can lift them. Newsflash- disabled people DO travel with their Senior spouses frequently.
3.4
The pool and continental breakfast.
Bathroom tub and sinks' caulking was moldy and smelly. The bedding wasn't very clean. My entire family was itching from the bedding. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with several springs that were broken. The mattress had several stains and tears, but the bedding was freshly washed.

Room consisted of a main bedroom and lounge area with another double bed and sofa bed. Lots of space but we needed it being a family of 5. Breakfast was superb, Buses to Manhattan were amazing (every 15 minutes or so all day and most of the night). Less than 30 minutes by bus to the city so an ideal place to stay. View of the city skyline, particularly at night, was great. Restaurants and stores in easy walking distance.
The first two days of rain.

The size of the room
It was a little dated and run down looking on the outside.

Location
Cleanliness, - blood on floor, dirty windows, outdated decor, felt unsafe, towels dirty, breakfast selection poor, airconditioner stopped working on final night, water cut-off on final day so unable to finish shower or brush teeth. Horrible service and experience
3.4
Nothing.
Thé property is not properly lit and it seems that there was no semblance of customer service after check in. The room was dull and dingy; there was dust on the lamps. No toiletries apart from a unbelievably small bar of Dove soap and travel size shampoo. There was no water, coffee, tea bags, creamer or anything else. Perhaps there’s a problem with their vents or central air because my partner and I felt ill all night once we stepped into the room after our event. By then it was too late to change our minds. The tub was so rusty, we chose not to shower until we got back home. Honestly this was the worst hotel experience ever.
3.4
There was nothing to like apart from the view outside but even that was from a cracked window which was stuck together with sellotape.
The towels were dirty, carpet and sofas had white stains on it and there was a horrible smell. Very outdated. What topped it off was that there was no water in the morning. Had to check out without showering or brushing teeth. Absolutely disgusting. Staff not helpful at all in resolving issues. Manager made a snide as we were leaving

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location to Meadowlands Convention Center
No cleaning service for the rooms, had to share pool
3.4
Staff were pleasant. Good location.
Moldy grout. Slow drain in bathroom sink. Shower water runs over floor. Outdated popcorn ceilings and walls. Just looked heavily used and needed renovations. Toiletries limited to very small box of soap and small bottle of soap

When dealing with the front desk staff were friendly.
The breakfast was an absolutely atrocity. The eggs were not edible - it's like they were powdered eggs, there was no bacon, the sausage looked like it was that cheap readymade brand that was just wanted up, there was only one kind of cereal, no fruit, the bread was thinner than my wallet, and the staff working the "waffle station" was rude.
Also the lobby smelled the cat spray.

Price
Pillows
It's too hidden, I couldn't find it.
Toilet seat loose
Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed

The bust stop to NYC was just outside the hotel. Bus ran about every 20 min. Took about 20 min to get into NYC.
The breakfast could have had better options. The eggs did not taste like eggs- maybe they used powder eggs? Overall, for a hotel continental breakfast it wasn’t bad.

The location is easy to get to. There is a bus that you get right outside the front door for $4 that takes you to 42nd street in NYC. The hotel itself has become dated and is need of repair. There is free parking onsite and free wifi. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our A/C unit was right beside our bed and every time it started up it sounded like a car starting, very loud and woke us up numerous times during the night. Definitely needs repairs. The breakfast was ok but the sausages were very dry and the eggs tasteless. The best part of this hotel is the price $144.00 a night was great compared to staying in NYC. The toliets in the main floor area were broken and in need of repair. We also observed a number of holes in the seats in the breakfast room area, that have being let go. I stayed here 10 years ago and the hotel was in great shape but unfortunately it has being let go somewhat but nothing some paint and minor repairs couldn't fix. We still enjoyed our stay here but may consider alternative accommodation in our future trips to NYC.
As previously stated.

The front desk staff & maintenance men were very friendly!
the air in the living room did not work, the toilet flushed improperly, the milk was past date at breakfast, the beds were uncomfortable. bathroom was rusted & outdated
3.4
We were there for a concert - it was only a night so it worked for what we needed and was comfortable for the 4 of us.
The pull out couch had no sheets, blankets or pillows for use. We got in very late and were exhausted so ended up sleeping without - wasn't the most comfortable bed.

Comfortable and spacious room for three people. I slept on a pull-out couch and my teenage sons had a practically separate room at the other end of the hallway with a bathroom in the middle. It was very convenient! And the breakfast is varied, my boys love hot waffles!
The pool was unexpectedly closed for cleaning/inspection for the next few days. It was disappointing, but understandable)

Nice room, easy to find and breakfast included. A little pricey but would stay again

Location is very good for the hotel. Bus stop to NY is on the other side of the street. There are cafes and shopping centers very close to the hotel.
Ventilation is crap in the hotel. It is VERY dirty and all the dust comes into the room. Internet access suits only for browsing, downloading even small files (pictures and so on) takes ages.
Not a good integration with Booking.com service. I reserved a prepaymet room, hotel could not make payment from my debit card (it is working in many other places) and cancelled the reservation during my flight to NY. Only because there were free rooms reservation was reopened when I came to the reception.

The bed was clean and comfortable. Good Lightning in the bedroom and it was nice having a little living room in the suite. Breakfast was much better than expected, given the fact that it has awful reviews. All staff members were extremely kind and helpful, the waffles guy is only good vibes and he is trying to make everyone happy :)
The door of our room was loose. We thought it was a card problem but the day we returned after our first night stay, our door was open. So, fix the door of room 711! The bathtub was just too old, not dirty but it’s really old and rusted. Also, one teeny-tiny bar of soap for two days?? :(
