The property is definitely outdated (like everything at the island) but the view was great and the room came with everything you could need (pots, pans, dishwasher, blender etc.)
I was unaware of the security wristband policy and was denied entry in the evening so was unable to access the room for one night. (During the month of march you must pay an ADDITIONAL $25 fee per guest to enter the property which would have been nice to know about in advance or during check in.) Security was incredibly rude and aggressive even after explaining that we were unaware of this policy.

Everything, personal is very good,
I didn’t like about the property is that only one elevator was working and I had to use the stairs all 3 days. Elevator was packed every single minute ☹️

Really nice and spacious clean
That check in is really late
1.0
just the view
beds were just pull outs, no microwave, was not what I had booked, no extra blankets were given, no extra towels, room had a bad smell to it.. would have been better off in a room at the motel 6. Paid the same price for a condo at Saida condos and got a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, balcony and a very comfortable stay.

nice and large pools
old inside the hotel outdated . 1 elevator working for the whole hotel

The view from balcony was nice.
The room was a nice size.
The walk to beech was easy.
Security at front gate
Only One working elevator. people pushing every bottom when they got off. so on trip up you got to stop at every floor. The hotel next door had a big party every night. (That may be a spring break thing the loud party )It lasted till 2 AM. it was so loud in the room you could not sleep. The bed was not comfortable. When You talk to the people at front desk they say the hotel next door has a permit to play loud music till 2 AM. So if you want sleep do Not stay here in March The front door was not sealed so air would blow threw it an make a lot of noise. ( The wind was really blowing)and the door to the room next door had no threshold so you could hear the people next door like they were in your room. when we said something to front desk we were just told they would have to fix that. So we paid hundreds of dollars each night to NOT SLEEP!!! And it was hard to even relax when next door they are talking in a normal tone of voice an yet we could hear them talking about there boyfriends and sex life. I do not believe we are the first or people to complain about the noise from next property and the noise of doors. An hearing people next door.
Just in case you think it’s just me complaining every time we went to the pool. people were talking about the LOUD MUSIC next door keeping them up till 2 AM. The fact we All knew when it stoped proves it keep us awake. Then people complaining about A/C that were not working. And other problems with there room. The building Is definitely due for some updates. we put a chair in front of door to keep it closed from wind.

The pool.
There was no breakfast. The price is great for the location and pool. The bed was not very comfortable. It’s not even a real bed:(

love that the beach was so close to walking distance and pools were accessible as well. along with food choices
the pools were extremely hot and very dirty, the water was not clear. I wished there was a restaurant within the facility or a breakfast option.

The location
My room was nothing like the room I saw online. The accommodations were menial at best. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be booking with Booking.com again and am not going to be recommending it to friends and family.

The reservation under my daughter's name Julia, was not satisfying at all, tv and phone didnt work until the last day, even after she called the front desk for help and they never went to help them, so they stayed an extra day, but rented another hotel!
The room was too small, wanted a top floor and were told they didnt have one available, when I specifically requested on my reservation I wanted my rooms on same floor and close to each other.

We had an amazing view of a he ocean!
The only thing we did not like is we were not informed that anyone 13-32 had to buy a wristband for $25 a person to go into the resort. It was a extra $100 expense that I didn’t know about.

Access to the beach was nice and there was adequate seating around the pool.
The rooms were extremely dated and the pull out bed was absolutely horrible. There was no way my son could sleep on it so we ended up having to share the double bed. The TV didn't work properly, although I was able to access someone else's Netflix account. There was no linen service. When asked if we could get any fresh towels the staff responded that there were none available, so we had to use wet towels by the 4th day since there was no where to hang the towels (or swimsuits) up to dry. The dishwasher didn't work.
The grounds were nice, but it would have been really nice if the large pool by the rooms was heated. No one could get in and swim since the water was too cold.
