I don't comment for two nights it was good

At 11 p.m., strangers tried the door three times and the Reception said it was just a mistake, that they gave a card with the wrong room... and the security people think they were sleeping.... I also paid for breakfast, but it can't be called breakfast... parents came with salami in their purses for small children so they could give them something to eat...

What a nightmare

The facility was run down, and the idea of the breakfast coming from those facilities wasn't appetizing.

Everything. There were mosquitoes in the room, which I did my best to kill. About the best I can say, is at least there were no roaches, that I could see. There was a dead water bug on the walkway outside our door. The room was very shabby, seemed to be converted from a gym or office/break room, or something. One entire wall was covered by a huge mirror, which was directly opposite the bed, and very disturbing. The bathroom had been sloppily painted, but at least was clean. There was no carpet anywhere on the floors, just poorly installed laminate. The AC didn't work especially well, neither did the refrigerator. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone was broken. There was a seemingly clean blanket and sheets on the bed, but no spread. The bed was like sleeping on concrete, and I have a hip injury, so was up virtually all night with severe pain, due to sleeping in that bed. It appeared the facility was being used for hotel vouchers for the homeless, because we saw many disheveled looking people with belongings in plastic grocery bags walking into the lobby to check in. One thing I can say for sure, is I will never go back. That being said, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Those knuckleheads shut off the heat to the rooms for a whole day . I froze my tail off there. They only had one thin blanket on the bed.

I am usually a long term stayer and it was just what I needed.

The location was excellent, everything I needed close by. Can't comment on the breakfast because I left every morning before it was served. It was a good value and good accomodations.

Could use some updating sometime in the future.

Never staying there again

Jacuzzi was not working. The rooms were dirty. And very limited on towels. And the room smelled

Motel pas cher sans plus.

Le prix, ce motel n'est pas cher pour un séjour long.

C'est bruyant à cause du freeway juste à côté, c'est la situation géographique qui veut ça donc on assume. Par contre le petit-déjeuner proposé est le moins bien de tous les DAYS INN qu'on a visité le long de la I40 de Barstow à Memphis et de Los Angeles à Kansas City en passant par la 15 et la I70.

A recommander

Très bien situé proche de Target, Steakhouse Angus et d'autre, pas de déjeuner proposé par l'hotel mais nous avions à disposition dans nos chambres un réfrigérateur, une cafetière et un micro-onde à la réception pour réchauffer nos plats. Accès par ascenseur ou escalier, parking tout autour de l'hotel. Je recommande cet établissement 😉

Affordable and Comfortable Stay

The hotel was affordable the rooms where a good size, the pool was great, they had simple breakfast cereal, toast, mini muffins, coffee, fruit, orange and apple juice staff was great Right in front of Target and other stores and restaurants

Housekeeping keep the rooms clean the only issue we had was that the floors in the room could be cleaner my boys walked with white socks and they ended up dirty

The location

It was dirty, and all the amenities were either not working properly or completely broken. The towels were like sandpaper and stained. The bedsheets were not even changed in my room. I didn’t notice it until I had already slept in it, but there was somebody else’s items found in the bed After the next morning when I woke up and pulled the blankets up, I realized that somebody else’s property was in the bed. It was disgusting and I was very shocked because Windham has a good reputation.

ok for over night.

Location was great, 2 mins form our final destination. Parking was big and I felt secure. Nice size fridge.

The pool was closed. Pillows were uncomfortable. No microwave in room. Elevator was out of order. Vending machines were empty. Continental breakfast area closed.

it was close to Knott Berry Farm

the bathtub would fill up with water so it was unsanitary to shower, it was 4 people to one room with only 2 towels requested towels and never got them. the kid’s room was down the hall wished it was next to each other.. bathroom wall was stained with water marks of a leak. the price that was quoted wasn’t the same when my account was charged not a major difference but there was discrepancy. elevator wasn’t available.

our stay was a 2 out of 5 stars.

it was close to the freeway

The bathroom floors were 100% clean, the counter drawer was disgusting, the mattresses was stained, the outlets weren’t working very well. Majority of them did it work, the coffee was crap for the amount we pay, there was no breakfast, housekeeping, was being very loud in the morning banging stuff around. One good thing I did really like was you guys had security..

Bad, bad wake up

Night crew was awesome , told us that check out was until 11 am.

Day crew wake us at 7am, told us we got to leave the room, I meant both rooms, and ask for manager and was told was busy, and they keep calling us every 15 minutes. I request my money back for both rooms, because they knocked the door at both rooms

No room services were done the 3 nights of our stay. Even upon request.

I like that there was some parking available.

The 3 nights we stood at this Hotel, we requested to get our room cleaned/ serviced. Not once did they come up and service our room. we had the same towels 3 days in a row. Our trash can overflowed, I am currently 8 months pregnant and I had to go downstairs to request new towels. For how much i paid, in that area of Los Angeles, It was such a bad experience.

Can someone please be clear !!!

Staff . New policy's that arise to inconvenience us. Lack of staff communication. For one no one speaks English. Then the receptionist only speak one fraze kinda hilarious. The locking down themselves for protection.. lol against who. No body even paying attention to u guys . Every one asking questions when u can't respond.. no response had a single fraze on repeat. Wow
